I’ve ordered lights online and thru this store. Candace at the store was great had no problems and everything came so fast. The online order I had to return one light because it just didn’t fit the space. My mistake. Then I made a huge mistake and had to deal with Jan in customer service. She was so so great. She helped me fix some screw ups that I had made with trying to return a light. She was perfect. I can’t thank her enough.

Reading the negative reviews I was bracing for a poor experience, but instead we were delighted by the service we received. My wife and I went to Rejuvenation looking for cabinet hardware, and we brought our dog along as well. We were all welcomed in the store, and John, the salesperson we dealt with, was phenomenally helpful. He pulled the various handles we were looking at out of inventory so we could see what they looked like on the door sample we brought. They didn’t have a few in stock so he got out a drill and took their samples off the display board they were affixed to so we could see how they looked. He even proactively ran off a few times to grab a handle he thought would be a good match. He had a great attitude and helped us make our selections. We would go back in a heartbeat!

I was extraordinarily apprehensive about visiting this store after reading the reviews here, but I have to say that my experience was completely different. I dropped by one afternoon to return a purchase I had made online. I was helped by a gentleman named Matt who was polite, professional, and careful to process the return correctly. I don’t doubt that everyone else had a rougher time with their(admittedly larger and more expensive) buying experiences here, but I personally have no complaints.

I find it hard too believe that this a WS company, I purchesed 5 bar stools from Rejuvenation 2 arrived with cracked seats, which i returned to the store and they had replacements shipped to me, Great. After some time the seats on 3 of the 5 stools cracked in the same place, clearly a design or quality flaw in the product… I went to the store and spoke with the store manager he said he would speak to CS and call me back, he never did. I went back to the store and the SM was at the SM conferance, my info was taken again and I was told I would receive a call when he returned, I was assured that they would follow up this time, they never did. I should have done what I did the first time and just loaded them up in my car and dropped them at their door step.

I will never purchase anything from Rejuvenation again, nor will I refer anyone to buy anything at Rejuvenation. I should have read the reviews prior to stepping into the store. I purchased 2 tables at the Palo Alto store. The tables were costly, yet beautiful, which is why my husband and I decide to purchase the tables from Rejuvenation instead of another store. We found the sales person to be very helpful and she answered all of our questions. She told us the tables were in stock in the LA warehouse so it should ship quickly. This was on 8÷21÷15. Apparently she was misinformed because we still don’t have our tables today. The people in the stores need to have the correct information because her information to us was very misleading. One week later, 8÷27÷15, I received an email saying that my items had shipped but no tracking information was available. When I called the customer service phone number to find out how long delivery would take, I was told different information on several occasions — the tables were being shipped UPS, the tables were being shipped by freight which was going to take 3 – 4 weeks, the tables were labeled White Glove but they didn’t know where the tables were located(transit, warehouse, not in stock). The rejuvenation website says 3 – 4 weeks for items in stock, otherwise it would take 10 – 12 weeks. Due to our tables being in stock, we(including the sales person at the Palo Alto store) were under the impression that the tables would not take 10 – 12 weeks to receive our order, especially when our tables were in LA! We could have driven down there to pick it up in less time. It is now over 5 weeks since the order shipped and I finally got the shipping phone number for Williams Sonoma. The woman I spoke to was able to set up a delivery date with me, but it took time for her to find my order. I had to call Rejuvenation multiple times to figure out where my furniture was and when I will receive it. You should also receive a phone call when told someone would call you back. I should not have to call back 2 days later to follow up. The furniture and lighting is not cheap so I expect better for the price I paid. I still don’t have my tables so I can’t speak to the quality but expect an updated review if they arrive in poor quality.

The reviews here are spot on. Really did not want to give this shop one star, but look, it’s not exactly the shop/brand but the staff here. They’re terrible. The exact type of associate you do not want in a higher end store catering to upscale clientele. Look, I’m a big fan of the Berkeley location — and was excited to have a location closer to home, but we’re driving up to Berkeley. This location is that bad. To sum things up, the staff here lacks training(either that or their shit smells better than the rest of palo alto’s, and that’s a tall order) — poor management — unknowledgeable about products — lack of empowerment, they’re basically scared to take initiative for anything. — attitude — pressured sales — easily flustered Been to this store three times now. One during opening week to pick up some knick knacks. Another to verify a custom light order from the Berkeley store. Third to inquire about a warranty or my options to a plumen bulb. On the last note — if I purchased a $ 30 bulb from you and used it sparingly, replace it on the spot. Rather they weren’t sure of their company policy and if they were to exchange it or I would need to deal directly with plumen. She ended up scribbling the serial number and giving me a support number to the manufacturer. That number was wrong and I still have a half busted plumen. If someone’s willing to spend $ 30 on a bulb(not to mention thousands on custom lighting), you take care of it — no questions asked. Fuck this store, and shame on a brand I actually like for allowing complete morons to operate this location. The rolling robots from the shop down the street are more useful than this cast.

uhhh, what the hell is wrong with the staff here? all of the reviews are basically spot on, you pay way over inflated prices for absolute ridiculous attitude. ive spent thousands at the berkeley location, and the service was ok. the first time i went in this particular location the gentleman that helped me was fine. the other day i went in and the african american lady that greeted me was super nice, but the heavy set white lady that ended up helping me was a total bitch for no reason. F you lady. never will i buy a thing from this company again. ever.

Nice store, we’ve bought several items from here; however, their customer service is horrible. I bought a vintage item that didn’t end up working in the space, and returned it in less than 24 hrs. The manager refused to give me a refund, only a store credit. No one mentioned this was their policy when I purchased the item. Shop online if you like the products but don’t bother giving this store your business.

The quality of both the products and the service provided at this store is not worth the premium price. The $ 400 lamps have a badly designed hinge and is constantly drooping despite tightening and careful adjustment. Basically, they have designed a lamp that cannot support its own weight.( ) Clothes hooks have snapped under the burden of a mere handbag. The material appears to be a cheap, brittle metal; not fit for purpose.( ) Service: –orders come in late –Assistants deliver goods to your door despite repeated instruction to pick-up from store. –No telephone call back even after request for call back with a $ 1000+ purchase pending.

Here’s a summary of the events: — Purchased a console as a media center 1÷14÷15 — Received the console one month later in the middle of February — The console had no shelves making it unusable — After calling numerous times and getting a run around, we finally got the shelves in the middle of March, but the shelves had no pegs to hold them up(even though we specifically requested those as well). — I called and spoke to someone at the Palo Alto store and she was very nice — I have not heard from anyone since. There has been no follow up. No change. I guess I will just have to go out and get replacement pegs somewhere. It’s really sad that spending so much money with a company for a really beautiful product and this is the kind of customer service that we get.
