This subway is basically my canteen as I have lunch here at least 3 times a week. Food not surprisingly is the same but the service is here is great. They have enough employees and motivation to serve you quick during lunchtime. A good place for lunch if you want a sandwich very quick.

I’ve always been a subway customer!, Here they provide you with great fresh sandwich selections 24⁄7. Honestly a great location for anyone needing real food at any hour. I always leave feeling satisfied and happy to return. The staff are very nice especially during peak business hours. Their prices have only risen slightly in the past few years which is great for those customers who follow a certain budget. Always a better alternative to fast/​junk food!

Fine print says it’s full of artificial flavors,
no label to read, but in a pinch
late at night it was good,
My turkey, bacon avocado sandwich was great.
I like the flat-​bread, but probably too many carbs.
It would be nice if the bread was toasted.
I was the only customer around midnight.
So service was good.

No «welcome hi hello» like all the other subways which isnt that big of a deal but we waited for 5 min before someone came out. It was messy with food everywhere and the ingredients were not restocked. They were sloppy and minimal with the ingredients. For the vegetarian delight, they are supposed to give more cheese without charge bc theres no meat, but we were charged. One thing they put too much of was mustard and got it on the top of the bun as well somehow. By the time I sat down to eat, the bread was soggy and everything was placed sloppily. Only reason I’m giving some stars is bc of the taste.

I have been here many many times, and it is the best Subway I have ever been to. The sandwiches are always made with care, very neat, everything is spread out evenly. The people who work there are all friendly, efficient and pleasant! Sometimes I have coupons and they are so welcoming when I present them. They are also always cleaning the seating area. They always put a lot of fresh veggies to make a colorful and delicious sandwich! I pass by a lot of other Subways, but I only come to this one!

The good:
It’s open 24 hours in an area where the only other late night option is 7 – 11. The music here is surprisingly good. I’m often finding deep cuts that are unexpected in typical corporate music channels. Prince’s 7 is playing right now. The people who work here are really cool… Friendly, fast and take pride in their work. Also their green tea isn’t over-​sweetened like other Subways.
The bad:
The location is smaller than most Subways so at busy times there can be limited seating.
The bottom line:
This is my favorite Subway. I forget when I’m traveling that other Subways won’t be as clean or pleasant of an experience.

The servers are all great guys in the evenings and they make some awesome sandwiches! Don’t be afraid to add on the jalapenos, ranch dressing and chipotle dressing! Long live the foot long! It’s bigger than my shoe!
Lost 1 star for taking about 2 months to finally fix their APPLE PAY issues. I come to this place often because it’s open all the time, 24 hours a day. It would be nice to know they support apple pay if i were to ever forget my credit card so that I don’t waste my time going there.

Came to our favorite subway late Tuesday night and I must say the two guys that were working were just amazing as usual!!! They are so friendly and don’t give me dirty looks (like other subways) when I ask for extra sweet onion sauce or extra cucumbers. Just wanted to give a shout out to the two gentlemen working that night, they’re awesome!

Some of the most care that will be paid to your sandwiches at any Subway in the country.
it isn’t the nicest looking subway. And subways don’t have five star food. But for a subway, one’s main criteria should be the consistency in making awesome sandwiches and reaching table stakes for location decency. This place does both. Cal Ave is convenient and the service is great. Better than the others in the area (cough cough, University Ave).
Keep up the high standards.

My boyfriend and I came here and got food poising from it. This was the only place we had eaten all day so it wasn’t possible we got it from anywhere else. The person working wasn’t paying much attention to guests and had a line of four people before starting to help the guests. I wasn’t thrilled with the in store customer service. Although the manager shipped us a $ 25 gift card for us getting sick which was very nice.

THIS SUBWAY IS OPEN 24 HOURS!!!
My girlfriend lives 2 minutes away from this subway and we come here on the daily… The gentlemen that helps us out when we stop by at night is down to earth! There’s also lots of police officers that stop by at night to order food haha you don’t have to worry about safety when eating here ;) Healthy food, affordable food, and a clean restaurant! WIN!

I needed to grab fast breakfast and bag lunches for a group early morning, all in one trip. I couldn’t believe there was a Subway store open 24⁄7. Had to call and ask to make sure. They were very nice and polite on the phone.
I arrived at the store early. The layout is weird, but the place looked impeccably clean. The service was efficient and they accommodated all my special requests and customized my orders without looking at me as if I was nuts, like in other Subway stores I’ve been to.

Subway is open 24⁄7 in downtown Palo Alto and has a ton of workers during the late night rush hour on 2 am after a Saturday night on the town. It’s healthy, its fresh, and as long as there’s a $ 5 footlong deal still in place, then it’s always worth going to.
