I had another optician botch the installation of new nose pads for my glasses. I stopped in at Wilby Optical because I was running errands at Town & Country already.
Gina installed new nose pads for me in less than five minutes. I put my glasses back on, and they no longer hurt my nose. «Thanks! How much do I owe you?» «No charge», says Gina. Awesome!

I recently had a pair of Lindberg Air glasses made up by my optician’s office against my better judgement because they said they are authorized dealers of the Lindberg line of frames. It turned out they were not skilled or knew how to adjust them for fit. Previously I had a pair of Air Titaniums made by Wilby Optical in 2001 or so and have been wearing them since. I only replaced them after one lens was scratched. I was going to go to Wilby to make the new glasses, but the optician sold me they can do it.
I learned my lesson and will only go to Wilby now to service my Lindberg glasses and will have a new set of lenses made for my old Air Titanium frames.
The staff are terrific, Gina was very helpful in helping me purchase the hard to find metal cases for the Lindberg glasses, and Jeff is a master with the Lindberg titanium frames and was able to quickly and expertly adjust the new frames the optician was unable to do! Their work shop is well equipped and fully stocked with parts!
