Good food. Friendly staff. Could have used a little housekeeping. The bathrooms were dirty and the overall cleanliness of the dining room needed help. Nothing big, just needed to be swept and a little tlc. I would visit this establishment again.

I love your sandwiches and have been to several locations across the country. This one here in PCB seems to be the only one in the nation that can’t figure out what «fully involved» means even though there is a giant sign on the wall indicating what that might be. Every single time I come in, I get hassled because the New York steamer sub «doesn’t normally come that way». What happened to customer service? Why is it a huge issue to order my sandwich how I want it? Educate your staff and I’ll change my review but as for now you guys suck.

I’m always up for a good sub and usually firehouse is the first thing that comes to mind. They also have a good selection of different sauces you can try.
The employees are always nice and very helpful.

I have been driving past this place for about a week now, been in the panama city area for work, but I am a huge fan of sandwiches so instantly this place caught my eye. I finally got a chance to drop in to pick some up. I ended up going with 2 different sandwiches, 1 to eat once I got back to my hotel and the other for lunch the next day.
Anyways, I got the meatball sub and the engineer. The meatball was very good, it was full of flavor. I feel like the only problem with the sandwich was that the meatballs were a little small and the way it was constructed made it a little difficult to eat. The engineer sandwich was delicious, it had a sweeter taste to it but I feel it made the sandwich different.
Overall the place was good. It was clean and I was helped right away. But the cashier seemed a little annoyed of being there as well. Other than that, I would probably still come back because the food was good!

This place just opened in February, and it’s quickly becoming one of my favorites. Call me weird, but I had never tried a Firehouse until my first visit to this location.
I really like the hook and ladder sub. It’s the first one I tried and it’s still my favorite. If you’re a fan of hot sauces, then you’ll love this place. They have a huge selection of hot sauce to go with your sub. One of my favorites is Dave Gourmet Hurtin Habanero sauce: it packs quite a punch, but the pepper flavor is not overwhelmed by a vinegar taste.
Very tasty place to eat.
