This place was great to myself and my husband. Like many others, we stopped by after an excursion to Bryce. We each got a burger and shared some fries. These were some VERY tasty burgers. Couldnt complain about cost, size, or flavor. I wanted to go back for another one when we would be driving by again but it was about 9am so no. lol We also each ordered a Milk shake. I got a plain chocolate one and my husband ordered one with oreo in it. These were tasty but i will say that we def couldnt finish either of them. They were huge(shouldve gotten extra small) and they were really thick. We actually thought they were more of a frosty or something as you definitely couldnt just drink it threw a straw. Had to eat it with a spoon fr sure but they were still good. We would go back! Yumm!

This is a small mom and pop joint. Nice place with great burgers and shakes! Yum! Prices were reasonable. Our food was served pretty quickly.

Stopped in on the way to Bryce Canyon. We are from out of town and needed a place to eat before heading to the Park. You could tell it was a local place by the amount of people who knew each other! Awesome burger and amazing milkshakes(especially the price of both). The extra small shake is HUGE and only $ 1.85! Highly recommended! Fries and onion rings were good but a little small but overall a great place to eat!

We’ve now been here twice and my family loves it. Great food, great service, great prices. This is our go to place now when heading to and back from Powell from Salt Lake.

Food was good and pricing was pretty good. Service left a lot to be desired. They really need to open up the wall to the main street and put some doors in and some seating out there. That would alleviate a lot of congestion of people waiting for their orders. There is simply no where to wait for your order as they have it now. My other complaint would be that they seem to make all the easy stuff for the orders while no one worked on my wife’s sandwich. This resulted in our entire order getting cold before they completed and this happened only after I asked them when they were going to make her sandwich. This is probably the result of having a bunch of teenagers working their with no one apparently in charge.

Tiny dining area inside and a drive-thru. All I had was a strawberry shake but it did not disappoint. Made with soft serve ice cream and a syrup full of strawberry chunks, the extra small was extra big in my book. The biggest surprise was, it cost a mere $ 2. For a small town, they do things in a big way.

On the way back from a day at Bryce Canyon, we were hungry and stopped in this town looking for someplace to eat. We drove by this place and saw a lot of people here enjoying their food. Their hamburgers were good, but their shakes were AMAZING! Truly one of the best shakes I’ve had. Who would’ve thought? A gem in the middle of nowhere :)

The best shake I ever eaten, I took the vanilla one and was really tasty. On top of that the price is very low for the size of the cup.

Not Fast Food. Waited for 20 minutes for a grilled ham and cheese sandwich with bacon. They forgot the bacon!!! Sandwich was very good anyway, but I am still pissed about the bacon.

In the world of «Drive-Ins», «Dives», what have you in a small little town… MEH. Believe me, I have watched Guy Fieri drive around in his dumb cars and go to tiny hole in the wall places in the middle-of-nowhere and find really, really good food. So don’t tell me it’s impossible to make really good burgers and fries in Nowhere Town, USA. As for Henrie’s it filled a dinner void my husband and I had on our first night in Panguitch, UT. The place is small, only a few tables inside, you order at the counter and your meal is brought out to you. The servers, at the time we were there, seemed bored and ready to go home, maybe? But teenagers they were, with vacant looks on their faces saying, «I’d rather be taking a selfie or being on fleek» or some other ridiculous things teenagers say/do these days. I got the chicken strips, that came with fries. Both previously frozen and fried to semi-decent quality. My husband got the«CHUBBY» burger, which is apparently what they are known for. The chubby has two patties, shredded lettuce, a bunch of tiny diced onions, tomato(maybe? don’t remember now), and thousand island dressing. I did not try it. So I cannot comment on what is or is not the CHUBBY. I was pleased to see they had fry-sauce. Oh the joy at ketchup and mayo mixed together and squirted out of a plastic bottle! Husband and I went all out and got shakes as well. I went with the simple chocolate. It was OK. My husband got the chocolate chip cookie dough shake. They do have a variety of shakes. I would get another shake if I were in Panguitch ever again, but I’d skip the food here.

Pleasantly surprised with this place after seeing the middle-of-the-road Unilocal reviews. I’ve been greatly disappointed with places with much higher Unilocal reviews that this place. Burgers and fries were solid, especially after a long day of travelling including Bryce Canyon, and the onion rings and custom shakes were outstanding. I didn’t think the family would want shakes after hours in windy 40 degree weather, but I was wrong.

There are not too many dining options in Panguitch UT. There are a few coffee shops, a steakhouse, an Arby’s, and Henries. Henries is our go to place! It is a little burger stand, with very limited indoor seating, at hard Formica benches. 3 four top tables, and only 4 two top tables are inside. If the weather is nice, they do have several picnic benches outside behind the burger shack. Their regular cheeseburger is a bit on the small size. They are better known for their Chubby burgers. The burger is well seasoned, and comes with a thousand island type of sauce, lettuce, pickles and tomato. Very basic, but very good. French fries were nicely cooked, crisp and seasoned. Their onion rings are battered, not cornmeal or panko crusted. Henries is also known for their wonderful shakes, malts, floats and cones. My daughter had to get an Oreo Shake just for quality control purposes. This is a shake you can not drink through an straw. No way, no how! For lunch, Henries is the only name in the game!

Henrie’s is a traditional mom-and-pop fast food joint on Main Street in Panguitch that’s been around for at least forty years. It’s greasy, salty, fried, and really pretty good as these things go. Their big burger is called«the Chubby,» and they’ve got signs and t-shirts that say things like«Have you had a Chubby today?» And«I can’t go to Panguitch without getting a Chubby.» Clever, nasty little plays on words. With a cabin in the area, we usually stop in at Henrie’s twice a summer. My wife gets their tacos, I get the chicken basket(two large breaded strips and fries), my boys get a burger or dinosaur(chicken) nuggets. If you’re looking for quick and cheap, this is it. The one caveat is that they don’t have much seating – maybe three 4-seat and five 2-seat tables. There is an outdoor picnic and seating area that’s clean and quiet; if you’ve got a group bigger than four, that may be your best bet.

Meh. I would just get a sandwich at Subway anywhere nearby instead. We waited 20 minutes at the drive thru despite being the only car in line. Bad start. How was the food? Well the burger was overcooked and bland plus the buns were burned. Not toasted. More like they had been baked in the oven for too long. Who wants a burnt brown bun? No tomatoes and no lettuce. It was more like chopped onions and relish slapped on the burger then slathered in thousand island dressing. Fries were soggy and needed some salt for flavor. Yikes! And the chicken nuggets tasted like they came right from the frozen bag at the grocery store. Cute ambience for sure. Staff was friendly too. The food just didn’t cut it.

Stopped in at Henrie’s to grab some lunch before heading to Bryce Canyon. If you like the exotic burgers ala Bobby Flay et. al., you’re probably not going to appreciate the simple goodness of Henrie’s. On the other hand if that’s what you’re looking for and nothing else, Panguitch probably isn’t the place for you. The Chubby(the name of which they make considerable fun of on their t-shirts) is a basic two patty burger with basic accompaniments such as lettuce and onion. Rather than ketchup and mustard, Henrie’s uses a sauce that is somewhat unique to Utah and typically known as fry sauce. While the actual recipe can actually be somewhat complex, my best guess is that Henrie’s is a mixture of mayo & ketchup with probably some paprika included. It may sound odd but it works. Drinks are self-serve and relatively limited to basic drive in selection, Coke, Diet, root beer, etc. I had the raspberry iced tea which was mixed way too sweet and strong for my liking. However after pouring about 1⁄3 out and diluting with water, all was well. It’s 50s, it’s basic, it isn’t fancy, it’s a burger. That’s it. And in the long run, that’s pretty much all that Panguitch, Utah tries to be and it does a damned fine job of it to my mind.

Very busy. We were able to find a nice shady table out back. Had a chubby with extra cheese. The beef was great but for some reason I didn’t like the sauce it was sweeter than I care for, maybe used sweet pickle relish. Fries were decent. We got shakes, and they were okay, not really as good we think as Dairy Queen blizzards. Price was fair and the service very good(all were young people running the counter). Super crowded about 1pm on Monday. Would have given 3.5 stars but because I gave Big Fish Saloon a 4, had to differentiate a bit. I prefer in-and-out burger to Henries.

Great place to stop and grab a quick bite before heading out to the 15(from Bryce Canyon National Park). The milk shake I had(chocolate) was phenomenal. The grilled cheese(on the children’s menu) was average(but at $ 2, you can’t beat the price). The onion rings were better than most fast food places. This place is popular with the locals and seating is limited so be prepared to chow down in your car in the parking lot.

Worth stopping if you want a good quick bite in this town, but nothing really worth remembering; the burgers are in the quality-fast-food style(think In N Out). The Mexican menu was fine, but certainly not great. The shakes and malts, however, were great — incredibly thick, incredibly satisfying. It was really cheap.

Everyone loved the place. There was seven of us and the meal was good and price was good. Wish they were open later as I came after 9 the previous night and they were closed. If I lived there or were closer I’d be a regular. The best thing about the place is the shakes were fantastic. Grilled cheese was good. Event the tacos were good.

If you happen to find yourself in need of a quick and delicious lunch in the greater Panguitch area then Henry’s is the spot for you! Their signature treat is the«chubby.» It’s a tasty double cheeseburger that will satisfy your burger needs. in addition, Henry’s has other offering such as corn dogs, milkshakes, fish and chips and chicken fingers. The English chips weren’t like any we’ve had before but were delightful nonetheless. The French fries left a bit to be desired. They were soggyy. The milkshake was«frosty“esque meaning way to thick to drink through a straw. I’ll definitely return to get my chubby fix!
