Food is good but service is poor. Came here for breakfast and had to wait 30 mins for a breakfast menu order.

I like their chicken joy and spaghetti. The palabok needs improvement for its price, maybe add a little more garlic and more eggs. Their burger steak is ok weird as it sounds.

Being a Filipino it’s almost natural to go back to your roots and eat at the place you grew up enjoying your favorite meals, from breakfast to lunch and dinner. That’s what I felt ordering our meal here. There’s probably some minute difference in taste from what is in the Philippines, but I won’t think twice choosing Jollibee over in-and-out or five guys. The only downside I saw in this place is the cleanliness of the diner especially the toilet. Please maintain your place to attract customers who are not Filipinos.

Pretty good but the one near Korea town is better.

It’s all about the fried chicken and the gravy. The servers might be clueless at times or they run out of Lanka pie or the close too early… id still seek out a Jollibee because… it’s all about the fried chicken and gravy and yes, the sweet spaghetti with hotdog.

I’m really sorry to say this, but your chicken is always undercooked. 30 min wait for white meat? What?

I’m a local customer here at jollibee panorama, I’ve noticed that the prices went incredibly high and I think it’s not worth it as it seems you get less of the amount of servings than the actual amount you pay for. The spaghetti is almost dry and did you know they charge for extra sauce on the side and extra for small gravy now?! Furthermore, I also absolutely hate how they only offer 2 pieces of napkins per tray of meals, also they do not give away ketchup packets with fries unless you request for it. I have also received bloody chicken last week and their bathroom always leaks. There truly isn’t anything«Jolly» about this Jollibee. Food-wise and environment-wise. I will stop coming here if I were you, you all are better off in other Jollibee locations.

Come here for chicken, the rest ist a pass, though I do like their fries and gravy as well. Prices are fair, portions small but the food is heavy and filling. Service was nice, my chicken joy made to order tasty. Location is clean and has plenty of seating, worth a stop when the craving for chicken hits

This is a fast food fried chicken place with a Philippines kick. For Filipinos in the know, this has to be a taste of McDonald’s style food straight out of the downtown business district of Manila. I know that when I am in Asia, after a few weeks of the local fare I crave a nostalgic Big Mac and fries. So why not the same for other ethnicity’s — to crave their hometowns local fast food. For Non-Filipinos like me, when I crave something like Kentucky Fried Chicken, I can come here and get what is at least as good a fried thigh and leg as at KFC, but I can also get something a little exotic like Lumpia(small yummy egg rolls), or a burger patty with gravy on rice. Jollibees also serves a kind of breakfast, like Filipino sausage with eggs and rice. There are also some tantalizing noodle dishes like Pallebok, and colorful desert drinks that seem very authentically Filipino. Like Yoshinoya, Jollibee has the potential to spread to any neighborhood in LA and be totally accepted as a regular fast food place. And the prices are very fair. I am a fan.

I like jollibee no matter what, and we try to eat here whenever we are in Cali or Vegas. My review will be about this location. First thing I noticed was the smell. It has an old, musty, moldy smell. Typical of an old building. Doesn’t make your meal appetizing at all. Lots of room to sit. They are going to close for 2 – 3 days for maintenance. I hope they somehow address the smell.

The food here is amazing. I must say no one has best fried chicken ever then this place. However the seating arrangement is off the charts, I don’t like the fact that it extends towards the back. Plus the restrooms are right where the seating are that you could actually see into the restroom when they enter. It’s a fine eating place, just needs to work on the seating. The employees are nice but I think when dealing with outsiders it gets kinda hectic.

Got an urge for fried chicken and spaghetti with a low budget? No fear, Jollibee is here! Location: right next to Seafood City, AKA Philippines Central! Parking lot is a tad squishy/small, be aware of your surrounding when it comes to operating an automobile. Service: eh, could be better? I mean, this place is minimum wage– so obviously it ain’t the best. Food: pretty good. I actually absolutely love the fried chicken with the addicting gravy they serve with it. Mmm, and you can’t forget about the spaghetti– it pairs with the chicken terrifically! Best part about all this is that the food is pretty darn cheap. I believe a fried chicken leg + spaghetti + drink is like $ 5? Such a bang for your buck! Overall, I love this place when it’s a «cheat day,» or when I’m madly craving that fried chicken– or even possibly when I’m the lowest budget ever. With that said, you’ll probably see me here and there. Turn Ons: — Cheap food! — Yummy fried chicken. Turn Offs: — Location; a little difficult to find parking sometimes.

Jollibee is whatever for me. I think there are better locations than this one, but since I never went here, I thought to myself,” Hey, I’ll just try out this place for the whatevers lol!” Boy, was I dumb enough to make that simplistic decision! Lol! I’m okay with the food they have, they have selections that look way more desirable than a food restaurant like McDonalds. I got myself the mango pie in the packet and a Hawaiian sandwich and it was awesome. But what makes me give this place one star, is the simply the area that it is in. It’s literally next to a dumpster outside and an alley if I was exiting out. On the inside, kids were running rampant, drinks were spilled on the back side of the place, and the ambience was just not peaceful enough for my mind. Jollibee is better off relocating to a place that doesn’t exist in the corner where nobody can see. I mean look what happened when it opened in the Panorama Mall… –Dylan Ignacio

Why is this not in Washington DC!!! BAKIT!!! ANOBA??? Sus-maryo-cep! If you’ve never been to the Philippines then this restaurant will not make much sense to you. Food wise there are better options in Los Angeles BUT something happens to me when you take your first bite of the Palabok. It’s called nostalgia. The best way I can describe it is if you’ve ever seen the Disney/Pixar movie Ratatouille try to remember the end. The meanest critic takes a bite of a dish and he is instantly transported to his mother’s kitchen where he grew up as a boy. When I take a bite of the Palabok, a similar transportation occurs in my mind. Sure my mother makes better Palabok but when the flavor hits my tongue I remember being in the Philippines. I loved taking my cousins out to the local Jollibee. I remember how happy that made me. It is at that moment I too am no longer a mean food critic. I’m just a dude who loves Palabok. Hope that makes sense. The Palabok was amazing. If you’re allergic to shrimp DON’T order it. You will be in trouble. If you’re not allergic, then go try it. Mabuhay!

You can never go wrong with their spaghetti w/chicken joy! That’s my kids favorite food here. The Jolly spaghetti is not for everyone. The sauce is sweet and if you havent tried Filipino spaghetti, you’ll probably wtf at the few pieces of hotdog in your sauce. I cant quite explain its presence there but it is what it is. The chickenjoy is delicious! You pour the gravy over your rice(thats how my daughter enjoys her chickenjoy) and you have to order an extra tub of gravy for dunking the crispy skin in. drools* and the pearl cooler. to die for… lol The service is pretty cool and always have a couple of workers willing to attend you.

Their best seller is Chicken Joy. We get the bucket package and it is good for three people. It comes with 3 peach mango pie, 3 sides of either mashed potatoes or rice and the chicken joy, leg and thighs. I wonder of they still do birthday parties because I don’t see the kiosk anymore where parents can see what a jollibee party has to offer. Their food is great – best Filipino commercial mass food. They have 800 restaurants around the world and counting. The venue is clean. The rest rooms are properly maintained. The servers are helpful. The price is affordable. It is one place your American and other international friends will instantly love. They have sweet taro, mango, Banana and more delicious treats await as deserts or as a drink! Tasty.

There’s something about their food different from other location. Their food is salty, and their servings is smaller. I don’t know if it’s just this place or all them reduce their servings, but it’s horrible. I even found a strand of hair on my food. Like what the heck is wrong with you guys. I always go to the other location at Beverly blvd in LA, and that place is way better than this one. You’re better off to eat from a different restaurant around it, or a different jollibee.

The Chickenjoy is spectacular, especially dipped in a cup of their gravy. I am a fan of KFC, but the Jolliebee chicken has a mouth watering taste of its own. My wife and I don’t get over here nearly enough! Each time we come, my wife just HAS to get some peach mango pies. This time, they had mango sundaes. Not bad!

Love this place! Too bad it isn’t within walking distance from my work. I love how you can choose fries for the some folks and/or rice for folks like me! I ordered the palabok which was delicious! The kids had cheeseburgers with fries. My husband had the chicken with mashed potatoes. I wasn’t in the mood for chicken and rice but I will definitely get that next time! The service was fine. The lady who took our order was very pleasant to speak with. Our order was made in a timely manner. Although they could offer more napkins besides one per food order… But that’s my only complaint. Well… Okay maybe one more; parking. This area is really had no parking space available. But it just shows you that people are willing to wait just to have some JollyBee

I truly enjoy this place because it is one of the few restaurants that truly remind me of home. The chicken is truly juicy and delicious and the customer service is wonderful. It’s a fast food joint so don’t expect much, but I’m definitely bringing more of my friends to try this place with me.
