The worst customer service ever. Not only did this location botch our original wedding order, when we came back in to pick my husband’s tux and get him fitted for the free suit, they didn’t want to honor the coupon that was originally applied to our order. After pulling it up on my phone, some arguing about the fine print or lack thereof, and calling another location, they did honor the free suit and tux coupon; however, service was apathetic at best and no one seemed happy to help us. Men, if you must order from here, double check the sizing even until the last day. My husband’s tux had to be sent back twice and on the day of the wedding he was missing a bow tie and his shirt’s buttons were loose. Unacceptable! When he called the store, they offered to drive the tie to him (an hour before the processional). A groomsmen had to drive to Men’s Wearhouse near our venue to pick up one and Jos A. Bank said my husband would need the receipt for that tie to be reimbursed. I will never return here for any purchases and would not recommend this location to any grooms. Our wedding was perfect; this was the only stressful part.

Recommended to my son when he needed a suit, I had been in a few times for shirts, sweaters. The gentleman who waited on us was very helpful and professional. A few things bothered me though. All the suits were 70% off according to the signage and our salesperson, I looked at my sons bill and he got 65% off. No idea why. The pants needed to be hemmed and that was the only alteration, the salesman said 10 days to 2 weeks. I’ve had alterations before and this seems like a long time especially since we are not near any holidays or anything. Lastly, when we went to pick up the suit they said «oh you didn’t pay for alterations». $ 22. I ask why we weren’t told initially, she didn’t know why. When I have been with my husband he has never paid to have the pants hemmed on a suit. They have some sketchy business practices… beware.

I like Jos. A. Bank when they are having sales (which is nearly always).
Ran in here quickly to buy my man some duds.
Excellent service.
Makes for good gifts.
Update: I bought a bunch of stuff here in February 2015 for a Valentine’s gift for my husband. I needed to return 2 items and they accepted them back (unopened with receipt) with no issues. Easy Peasy! GREAT SERVICE.
