Went there expecting a good sub as indicated by the commercial. I bought an Italian Sub and it was about the worst sandwich I have eaten from a sub place. The bread is absolutely tasteless, the sandwich is thin and is NO WHERE near what the commercial advertised, the meat was greasy, and the cheese tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for months. This was the most flavorless sandwich I have ever eaten, won’t be back.

My visit to Firehouse was a pleasant surprise. I got the Italian and added cherry peppers to my order. The size of the sandwich for the price was not bad. The sub was hot… the meat was piled on… and the dressing was delicious! They have a really good selection to choose from. I have had the Italian twice and left too full and happy. My only suggestion is to eat there. if u bring it home the sandwich tends to get soggy. Great sub shop. My new favorite. Cant wait to try the other selections!

Went here today for the first and probably only time. The staff was super friendly but the food was meh. We both got the italian sub. Both of us were honestly disappointed. The bread was soggy. The meat was cold. The cheese was melted but crusty and the weirdest was the lettuce was super hot… kinda like when microwave left over taco bell taco when is soggy wet and hot or like day old fries. The only part that I liked was the hotsauce you could add on your own. Overall id give it a 2 out of 10.

My husband went here not to long ago. He saw a worker licking the sauce off his/or her fingers in front of the afternoon manager. Come on that is gross. So I was a little shocked thought this place was better then that. I guess it used to be not no more. Sad

If your taste is something for a sandwich that has no taste… then this is the place… combine that with poor service and sterile employees… it’s a 3 try… strike out place… never going back

We really like this place. Have a little guy obsessed with all things firefighter, so he loves it. And my husband is a firefighter so he gets a discount ;)
I like their low cal sandwiches — really flavorful. I’ve never had a problem with service here.

After being disappointed by the last few sandwich shops I tired, I was pleasantly surprised by Firehouse Subs. The staff was friendly and helpful. The combinations used to make each sandwich all seemed appetizing. Clean environment. They even have little fireman hats for the kids to take home. I ordered the Italian, it was well seasoned. My boyfriend ordered the Steamer, he enjoyed his as well, the sandwich is similar to a Rueben.

I’ve never been a big fan of sandwich shops because they scream to me, «You can do this at home for cheaper!» So when I go to Firehouse, I enjoy the complex, hot sandwich builds. The service was prompt albeit not very warm or welcoming (it was exactly what you’d expect from a teenager at the end of their shift with other things on their mind.) The food came out hot and packaged well for take out, which is what we wanted.

I would’ve given this place 4 stars based on my first visit, but we went back today and the girls working were rude & basically ignored us. My husband also got a cup for water that had black specks of something in it. not a huge deal, but when he went back up to get a new cup the lady who looked like the manager walked away from the counter without helping him. Another girl walked over and when he told her what was wrong she just laughed and gave him another cup… no «I’m sorry» or anything she just scoffed. The food is good, but the workers totally ruined it for me.

My husband and I were looking for a place to eat and pulled up 15 minutes before closing, but when they saw us they ended up locking the doors even though there were people sitting and eating inside. I know that we were cutting the time close but we were looking for some food to take with us to a party and after this we will not attempt to eat here ever again. If I could put 0 stars I would.

Every time myself or when I go with my family they are always extremely nice always offers my little girl a fire helmet I have tried many of their sandwiches they are always fresh hot and very good my little girl loves turkey and veggies always eats the whole thing loves it my fiancée always has salads said they are above average but not the best
