They are rude. and they are disgusting… they can’t even get a hotdogs right.
We should have know when we saw the way they treated some guys in front of us. I don’t recommend it. FIND ANOTHER SPOT

Never coming to this wienerschnizel again. I love their chili cheese fries, however after experiencing the service, I wont be returning. The ladys name is Irma L (name on receipt). She was so rude to me and my mother. When she was taking our order I felt rushed as if I was only allowed to order one thing or else she sounded bothered. I wanted to try a sample of their icecream and she rudely said they dont give samples and walked away. As we were about to leave i see her and her co-​workers talking as if they were annoyed. Horrible experience, not returning for sure. And btw, they dont wear gloves when they make your food :)

Horrible service. I was ordering through drive thru and the lady was being so rude on the intercom trying to rush me. She asked me if i was done and i said yes. I wanted to add some fries to my order once i got to the window but they said i couldnt. The old broad said that she asked me if i was done and i said yes. I was like what does that have to do with anything. I wanted to add something and i should be able to. I mean i work at a fast food place as well and i add stuff to people’s orders all the time. They are are so rude. Never comeing back.

i usually go to the one in Compton on Rosecrans. I’ve never had a problem there. But at this location the employees are so RUDE! I order 1 chocolate shake but when I went to the drive thru pick up window the lady give me 4 shakes. I told hear I order one she started arguing with me and cursed when she took back the 3 shakes.

Weiner snitchels located on Willow as real good chili dogs right now they’re special is 343 you can’t beat it you can either mix the chili dogs and corn dogs or have all three corn dogs or all three chili dogs but they’re nice drinks are goodice cream for dessert

I like this franchise, but the Paramount location is awful! Hit and miss customer service and this time I caught the female employees checking corn dog sticks for promo winners! Thought maybe they were the ones being thrown away, but sure enough, our corn dogs looked as if the stick had been checked then the corn dog put back in the fryer. NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!

Been coming to this location for years. The service ia normally really fast. I always used the drive thru and the staff is always friendly. The only bad part is the location of the exit for drive thru.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes their service is super fast or super slooooooooooow. Avoid going when school lets out. There have been times when the ladies working the counter get caught up with their conversations and take their time to take orders. Like I said it’s hit or miss.

I don’t remember Wiener-​snitch-​el (I seriously can’t spell the name and won’t make too much effort in doing so) being so salty.
Maybe I had a bad batch but everything that consisted in having chili was super salty.
Sure the allure of a chili cheeseburger and chili cheese dog combo was enough to have me grab this, but every bite seemed like it was one salty bite after another.
I’ll give this place another shot seeing how it’s cheap and not too many places offer hot dogs.
The eating area kind of blows because you’re literally next to the drive-​thru and you can hear everyone’s order.

I don’t like this place because the speaker doesn’t work properly and most of the employees are rude. A few days ago I went to buy chili dogs and a raspberry ice cream cone. The broad then yelled at me because supposedly she couldn’t hear me, but I let it slip. Then when I got to the window, she gave me a chocolate ice cream cone, so I told her that was not what I ordered, and she told me with this bad attitude «Well you have to tell me what you want!» I wanted to tell her off but she didn’t even give me a chance. There was a loud ass noise I think it was their fan or something, either that or she decided to ignore me. I won’t go back, who knows, maybe she even spitted on my chili dogs.
They need to hire nicer people.

I absolutely love, love, love Wienerschnitzel!
I am not too big of a hot-​dog fan, but they are DELICIOUS! Especially when they have the 5 for $ 5 deals. It’s great for groups, families… or yourself. No judgment!
The employees are friendly and the place is always clean! I absolutely hate restaurants that do not immediately clean up once customers leave and this restaurant seems to do just that!
For a quick, pick-​me-​up, this is a great place to be!

I have seen this franchise for years and was never really interested in eating there food. Today I though I will give it a try and see if it was good.
Well I should have stuck to my instinct in the first place. I order a pastrami sandwich and chili cheese fries. The sandwich was cold right out of the refrigerator with a cold piece of cheese with the cheapest rye bread I have ever seen. The bread was like wonder bread but it was rye. Then the chili cheese fries was soggy French Fires with the cheap Smart N Final Chili with Costco cheddar cheese.
So if you think you want to try this type of place stick with your gut and go some place else to eat.
