I wanted so badly to like my experience here. But Maria, who has been doing eyebrows for «15 years», totally botched my brows. I have really thick eyebrows. I love them and I did NOT expect someone with that experience to use a stencil on my eyebrows. I told her how thin she did the front was and COMPLETELY uneven. She kept going back to the stencil as the excuse. I should have said something when I felt how far into the brow she was plucking but I thought I should try to trust her. I was so so wrong. They look terrible. She kept trying to tell me how to fill them in — which shouldn’t be necessary if my brows weren’t so poorly done — without asking if I do this regularly which I do. So I was just getting further irritated. My friend, who had Amy, looks great. I look angry with worm eyebrows. I’m going to need to draw my eyebrows back on which is so ridiculous.

I had my brows done here last august and received a botched job! My brows have finally grow back after 8 months or so. Never again. Not worth the hype!

I’m on the fence with this one… though the eye tech, Chelsea, whom administered my waxing was very nice. I can’t say she did anything the top that the indian gals who thread my eyebrows do.
It had been 10 years since I used wax on my eyebrows, and this one was oil based and gentle on my skin; no soreness, redness or irritation afterwards. They were shaped nice, but my expectation bar was set very high, since it is Anastasia (pronounced ah-​nah-​STAH-​see-​yah).
I think I’d return but only if it was last minute, and I felt like splurging $ 30– $ 35 on just my eyebrows, which takes only 15 mins max.

Janette was great! She showed me exactly what to do. I will definitely be going back to her once I need to! I would highly recommend this salon and Janette!

My eyebrow specialist Jeanette is simply amazing. My brows were messed up from so much threading. Now they look amazing I get compliments every time! No one else is ever touching my brows, she is definitely worth it! Love her

I have been going to Anastasia’s about 2 years now. I go on and off maybe every 3 – 4 months. I maintain my eyebrows and when I am in need of a clean up I go to Anastasia (one of my friends recommended this eyebrow studio). My very first visit was with Chelsea whom my friend recommended she did a great job but I did not care for her attitude. She seemed very distracted over how her cellphone was dying and that it was so horrible. She also said not to touch my eyebrows until my next visit. I just did not care for her too much. My next appointment I made with Amy and she is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! She is so down to earth and very professional. I felt like I could talk to her and she said that if there are stray hairs that I could touch my eyebrows. I have seen Amy several times and she takes her time. I give her 6 STARS, the reason I gave 2 stars was not because of Amy but because of Chelsea and another person I saw. Secondly, I left two messages one on a Saturday and then one on a Monday and never received a call back. I called again on Monday and got someone on the phone and made an appointment and tried to make it with Amy but she was on vacation. I was then called back a couple of days later and was told I was double booked and that if I could come in a little later with Cynthia which was okay. I honestly wanted Amy but really needed my eyebrows done. I had my brows done and afterwards noticed that one part was not properly shaped. I then went back an hour later waited for Cynthia but she did not return from her lunch break. I could no longer wait and needed to leave. I felt that Cynthia rushed and didn’t take the time that Amy usually takes. I didn’t notice the error when I looked in the mirror instantly. I do not go to Garden State often just to get my brows down so it is not like I could have returned later on. Very disappointed and thought it would have been corrected for the price that was paid to get them done. I am hoping that Amy was in fact on vacation and that next time I can have Amy do my brows. Maybe next time I can give this brow studio more stars after my next appointment.

My brow specialist/​aesthetician is Cynthia who did an amazing job. my eyebrows needed a miracle before I came in for my appointment. Like they were flat & just diminishing. Cynthia was able to actually give them an arch and make them look presentable. Def will come back.

I was desperate and needed to get my brows done. Jeanette penciled me in and did a fabulous job! She showed me where my brows should start and end. I bought the serum because unfortunately I have been over plucking my brows. Definitely made a second appointment with her.

I did my brows here for the first time. I LOVE them. I have very thin/​light brows, and I let them grow in as much as they would for 3 months. I didn’t have an appointment but I was seen quickly. I was waxed perfectly, the technician asked if I wanted to fill them in with powder, I agreed and loved it.
I wanted to buy products immediately to repeat this fabulous look, but the tech explained the low maintenance and fool proof pencil was a great start. She was right! I will return!
