A little pricy for a mall location but so far each time the service and food have been consistently good. The croissants are perfect– flaky, slightly sweet, and just plain delicious. I also enjoy the café au lait. The menu has some very interesting items and I’d like to try many of them but the croissants keep calling my name when I arrive. Hopefully one day I’ll try some of the other items. The tomato soup with the egg on top looks good and I see a lot of people enjoying it each time I’m here. It’s a good place to sit and relax before starting a day of shopping. I’m sure I’ll be back sometime in the near future.

The wait isn’t always great and the food is basically fine. But, the espresso itself is great! If you’re on a tight time table it may not be worth it, but if you’re in the area, definitely great!

Service should be better, often dirty. Food is good but could be cheaper. Coffee is great.

Plan extra time. It can take upwards of 20min here to get your almost completely flavorless 12oz latte. I stood around with other increasingly angry patrons, making for an altogether unpleasant and disappointing experience. And this latte doesn’t have enough caffeine to write a more clever or angry review. Just don’t.

I Come here all the time love their macchiato, power juices, and there breakfast egg dishes. Coffee prices are a bit expensive pretty similar to Starbucks prices but way better in taste. My favorite dessert is their chocolate filled croissant yummy!

I have tried espressos in many places in Bergen County and this place serves up one of the best. I usually have the double espresso with the made onsite panna… simply awesome. Also the crew working there are very nice. It must be good if I am crazy enough to drive to the Garden State mall just to get an espresso. If someone has a better recommendation, I would love to try it.

Excellent service and great food. Staff always friendly. Great place. The place is very clean. This place has variety of food, pastries, coffees and drinks. The service I receive is above average. Staff works great as a team.

Best latte ever! I love that they have gluten free bread for the sandwiches and cookies. I would have given 5 stars if they offered hormone free/antibiotic free meats and some organic greens for a salad. I did have the tuna and it was delicious.

First place I saw when we walked into the mall, and I instantly craved a cappuccino! It was very good, and pretty — should’ve taken a pic before I took a sip! Sorry! Loved that I was given a little piece of chocolate with it. But I unwrapped it later, only to see it was milk chocolate. Oh, well, can’t win them all! Had it been dark, I would’ve given 5 stars.

Aroma has gone downhill. Rude lady cook, rude staff. Don’t waste your time or money

I had a great breakfast here once. Their pain au chocolat is superb as are their coffees! Always stop in for a snack or meal when I’m shopping at the mall! Fresh and tasty salads too!

Used to love grabbing good salads from here at a decent price but recently their menu prices went up. Same ingredients but almost $ 2 more. Eh, can’t justify paying $ 13 for a salad. But the food is good.

Great for a relaxing meal despite its overpriced dishes. The food sounds simple but is in fact very well seasoned and blends well with its side dishes. Check out the tomato soup with a sunny side up egg. Many unexpected flavors and surprises in that simple dish but so worth the try. Note: tea comes with a side of chocolate!

I had the latte and almond-crusted chocolate croissant. While I enjoyed the coffee, I have mixed feelings about the croissant. I found it too sweet and lacking the right texture of a freshly baked croissant. The chairs weren’t the most comfortable — I found myself holding on for dear life as I tried to lean back on the support that wasn’t there. But it’s a nice spot for a break and a snack while shopping at Garden State.

Drove 30 minutes out of the way store was open and she refused to make a coffee because pay starts at 9am time was 8:30 Unilocal shows 8am open time when I showed her this she argued with me that the manager hasn’t made the change in Unilocal She isn’t making a drink till 9 am And next time I should call the store to verify if the store is serving. Awful customer service

After having such high hopes visiting this place I was extremely disappointed when I went to take off the lid to my coffee to add some of their liquid sugar and found a small fly floating in my drink. Disgusted, I tossed the drink and haven’t returned since. Unacceptable.

If you are a coffee lover, you may want to try their coffee. It smell so good just like their logo. In the mall it starts to get very popular and sitting space become cram and not comfortable. I remember we came here during the sandy storm, this place was pack, and that’s time to make new friend. Met new people with cup of coffee does calm you down with the terrible hazard.

I was walking on the upper level of GSP when a bright poster caught my eye: «TRYOURICELIMONANA.» Darned if I didn’t make a u-turn right then & there & make a beeline to Aroma. See? Advertising works! From a distance, I thought Aroma was another Starbucks-esque coffee shop, and I was never tempted to stray from the pack led by that green-and-white sorceress. But upon closer inspection, I saw that Aroma offered a lot more — pastries, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Plus that Ice Limonana that distracted me from my shopping: a frozen lemonade, blended with mint. I pressed on. Getting to the actual counter is a hassle. The modern red and black seating is cool, but packed so tightly together around the register that I had to excuse and pardon my way through the sea of chairs. Once at the counter, I struggled to read the menu — who thought tiny red letters on a black background was a good idea? At least I knew what I wanted. My order was submitted without any fanfare or emotion. The robotic employee(barista?) took my money and yelled«NEXT!» before I even put my credit card away. My drink was ready a few minutes later, with a cute little piece of chocolate that I just now remembered is still in my purse. Oops … The Ice Limonana was delightfully tart! This iced treat is not for the casual lemonade drinker. Your cheeks will pucker up so quickly that you will be accused of being too forward. I love everything citrusy and sour, and this drink was perfect for me. I got the small, which was more than enough for a lap around the mall. It was just cool and refreshing and sooo lemony. Yum. I can’t say that I would ever be a regular at Aroma. That beautiful green mermaid has me wrapped up and tangled in her flowing locks. I can’t ever break free. Plus the atmosphere of Aroma is a bit off. They seem more cold and robotic with an air of «I’m better than you.» The seating arrangement is uncomfortable. The menu is slightly off-putting. But I’m all about that Ice Limonana.
