Wonderful store with great sales and management. Particularly outstanding is Vielka and supervisor Jajaira who went above and «beyond» to help me re-​stock my home after a house fire. Vielka and Jajaira are the best!!!

Been coming to this location for years, one of THE BEST customer service experiences hands down.

This Bed Bath and Beyond is a PERFECT example of what a difference employees make in one’s perception of a business.
My VERY first experience walking in this store was a manger-​looking person who gruffly pushed past us as we were stopped viewing merchandise. He said «Excuse me», but going through the motions, while behaving rudely, doesn’t have the same effect as actually being present and conscious to the fact that you have customers in your store viewing merchandise. Appreciate them. They may buy. If you are rude, they will have a negative experience and may go elsewhere. If you are polite, they’ll have a positive or neutral experience and will be more likely to return.
Well, I had a pretty negative reaction the first 10 minutes or so in this store. It was much more crowded and messy than my regular Bed Bath & Beyond. I questioned myself: «Why? Why did we go here»?
Then, we meandered to the cookware department to look for what we came into the store for: a Calphalon 12 inch ceramic skillet with lid. Well, I already have the 8 inch omelette pan and it’s AWESOME. I am trying to get away from Teflon because I don’t want to die from that stuff (or any other «stuff»). So, we looked around and could not find it. We found a random employee and stopped him to see if he knew if they had it. He was very helpful. He knew EXACTLY what we were looking for. He did not see it on the shelf, so checked the computer. He had us verify that is what we were looking for. He said they had two in stock, which was perfect. He indicated that might not be 100% accurate but, since it was not on the floor, he’d check in the storage area. If they didn’t have it, he’d order it for delivery and we’d be able to use our 20% coupons. (I hadn’t even mentioned those, but doesn’t everyone use them for a $ 50 BB&B purchase? I guess he just knew). We entertained ourselves by perusing nearby merchandise. He returned, triumphant, with skillet in hand! Our hero! He said he found it buried in a place he would never have expected to see it and stubbed his toe in the process. He said this with a smile (hooray for his steel-​toed shoes)!
This employee helped transform what had the makings of a very bad experience (created by a manager no less)! Hooray for the everyday heroes that provide exceptional customer service and keep customers coming back. I greatly appreciate his commitment to finding what we needed. I left the store a fan. When in the area, I’ll frequent this BB&B!

I avoid coming here because once I start, I never leave. It’s huge with a Harmon Drug in the back.
But tonight (June 7) I heard a salesperson actually helping a customer with a question about sunscreen – explaining it in detail, going from aisle to aisle to show what she’s talking about, explaining that no sunscreen goes longer than 3 hours, «no matter what they tell you.»
Very impressive for a chain store.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have a lot of stuff and you can spend hours just looking. Love visting just to use the 20% discount coupons they send.

This is an enormous BB&B. Under TJ Maxx on Rt 17 North in paramus. Also a Fairway, L&T on the other end of this mall. And tons of smaller stores. Best Buy on the backside.
Parking here can be hit or kiss, you would think they would have thought of that before they built up so much around.
This store is large and spacious, which is nice. The employees are well trained and super helpful. There is a Harmon section in this store too. Always useful.

Stuff is always expensive. But the twenty percent off helps. You can return ANYTHIng along as you can provide receipt or original card… Even returned some open sheets the color ran 6 months later gave me money back no questions asked. Great service…

Great place for all your kitchen and home needs. From K-​cups to vacuums, this place has it all. Don’t forget your 20% off coupons, which you can find in any local paper, and DONT EXPIRE!

This place has a lot of stuff, I mean a LOT. The only problem is that some of their stuff is overpriced and some of their stuff is cheap. Hence the reason they sucker you in with their 20% off coupons… makes the money spending not as difficult some times.
I do like it in a quick fix if I need a pot or pan and don’t want to overspend in other places. They have a good selection of bedding which is hard to find these days except for Wal-​Mart and K-​Mart. I bought a pair of sheets from here and they’ve been around for years with no signs of wear and tear.
They teamed up with Harmon a while back, and Harmon is known for their cheap prices and hard to find selection of personal products. So when I go here, I kill two birds with one stone… and my 20% off works on razor blades… score!

Seriously, who doesn’t love bed bath n beyond? You always get tons of coupons that don’t expire and I loove all their neat gifts and gadgets! this particular one opened up a new branch w/​toiletries and a huge wall of sample items. I’m glad I was able to find XL twin sheets even though its not September, when they usually have them out on display for college dorms.

I am shocked to learn that Bed Bath as a company may not be doing so well and dare I say maybe downsizing? This store rocks! They have everything as the name would imply. Beauty products galore at really really reasonable prices. Any home item you could conceive of and perhaps items that you may never have thought of. The prices, quality and selection cannot be beat. They have sales that are running, plus you can bring the 20% off coupon that is mailed to you and get that taken off too! They have Oneida flatware at 75% off. At some point, we kept getting asked if we needed help. Is there such thing as being too helpful? This is an institution that I hope never goes away. I love BB&B.
