One the best burgers I’ve had. My husband and I decided to come here on a Saturday evening and I have to tell you the forty minute drive was worth it. Burgers were fresh and the sweet potato fries with onion rings are a must !!! The only thing that I did not like was that you had to share a table with other guest. But what ever the food is delicious.

Always seen the place but never been there before until one day I said let me try this out. Definitely liked the restaurant feel that the place had and the wait did not take long to bring out your food. Right before I got my food, the server asked me if I needed axtra sauce or anything else, definitely appreciated that. Now I ordered a Dallas burger and a Blue moon burger and some fries. Normally you can tell that a burger is good if it does not need any ketchup and for me that was the case with both burgers. I would definitely come back to this place.

These are sub par burgers being carried by the name bobby flay. There are many nearby burger places that use Pat laFrieda meats, any of them will give you a better burger. Layout of the store is stupid too, its trying to be trendy but its just inefficient.

Awesome burgers. They’re very spot-on with the degree to which your burger is cooked. No bloody medium or pink well-done pattys here. Flavorful meat and good options for your burger. They have a bunch of unique, but honestly not the most exciting combinations of toppings for their various specialty burgers o the menu, but Pro Tip: you can just order whatever you want, including double burgers. Mmmmm. The fries are delicious, and they have a variety of condiments to make your palate sing.

I like coming here to try the burger of the month. This month’s burger was the Mulberry Street burger. It had basil ketchup, mozzarella/parmesan cheese and arugula. It was tasty and pretty flavorful. I have tried most of the regular burgers here and they are all pretty well made. My wife had the Philly burger(provolone cheese and sautéed onions, paid extra and added applewood smoked bacon… it tasted even better!!!). This place is in a convenient location too in the Bergen Towne Center(so you can do some shopping).

Nothing special, not bad not great, just a burger. For the price I think I prefer a smashburger or shake shack over this place.

Love the burgers and fries are the best but some times my fries are under cooked and it ruined the experience. when the food is all on point, its the best. one of my favorite burger places

Easily my favorite burger place. The burgers are perfect in that they aren’t fatty but they also aren’t overly lean which would make them flavorless. I always order a beef burger with cheddar cheese and a side of sweet potato fries… it’s amazing every time. ALSO I don’t like coffee, but their coffee milkshakes are to die for. This is the only place that I’ll order a milkshake. The service is also incredibly fast and polite. They always bring out the food extremely fast which makes the experience that much better. 100% recommend!

I wasn’t expecting much walking in, and i definitely do not enjoy the communal seating. Mainly because I am shoving a messy meat concoction into my face hole as fast as possible and I would rather do this with no one watching me. The burger itself; I had a brunch beef burger no bacon, was really good. It was cooked perfectly, medium well as I requested and very juicy and flavorful. I could tell it was good quality meat(and a perfectly fried slightly yolk-y egg on top). The fries were okay, not bad but not great. About half of them were too crunchy. Also tried a mocha shake(no chocolate, just dark chocolate available) and while the whipped cream tasted homemade and yummy, the shake tasted more like coffee with bits of ground something or other in it. It was good, but I wouldn’t get it again. My four stars here are to the burger itself. Staff was very friendly and nice which is always a plus. I wouldn’t say I will keep coming back but if I am nearby and starving, as I was the other day, I might pop in. Pricey, but so is everything in the area, especially when you want a burger that isn’t fast food. Worth a try!

***BEWAREIFYOUHAVE A DAIRYALLERGY Ordered a burger and told them a kid had a milk allergy, the patty was given separately which was great but still gave a severe allergic reaction. Still a good burger place to eat but if allergic to dairy or sesame seeds, try somewhere else for burgers

Solid burger joint! Speedy service! Great for lunch. Fresh and juicy. Good ambiance for something that’s «fast good». I’ve loved putting potato chips on my sandwiches, even PBJ, ever since I was a kid so I love that you can crunchify your burger here! If you want a good burger on a budget go here! Better than similar classy fast food burger chains like Fuddrukers. Wish they’d open more!

2⁄2 for food: Both burgers that we had were fantastic! I had the New Mexico not crunchified(without potato chips: free!!) and it was great. I wish though that the queso was more on the burger vs on the plate. The meat was perfectly cooked at medium well. Not dry at all. My husband really enjoyed his brunch burger with the potato chips. His meat was also a perfectly done medium well. The fries were crispy as were the onion rings. The sauce that came with it was also fantastic. 1.5÷2 for service: When you walk in you order at the cashiers and they give you a number that you put on your table that you find yourself and they serve you the food there. Had to take .5 away cause it’s really hard to give it a full 2⁄2 since they don’t service you like a typical restaurant. 1⁄1 for overall: Great experience overall! It was pretty crowded which wasn’t surprising since it was mid Saturday in New Jersey. Be prepared for sitting with others at your table because otherwise you may not get a spot. Would definitely go back! 2 burgers + the undecided onion rings and fries + fountain drink = $ 25ish

I’d actually honestly give it a 3.5 but a 3 is also fair. I’m putting it low because I’ve had better burgers and I was disappointed when I got mine, it didn’t have much flavor. While the patty was juicy and everything else was fresh, I couldn’t seem to distinguish the flavors and it wasn’t that strong for me to appreciate. Each ingredient came close to bland unless I scooped bleu cheese from the bottom of my plate and ate it. That kind of gave it flavor. I ordered their Bobby Bleu burger and added a fried egg(for $ 1). The price was good, just the flavor was disappointing. What’s not disappointing tho is their bacon ranch fries. It’s so good and they give huge servings so that fills you up even before you get your burger.

Don’t be intimidated by the long line — its fast casual style and the crowd moves fast. We had the crunch burger, bobby blue topless burger, the undecided with sweet potato fries and buttermilk onion rings, and a soft drink. The burgers were PERFECT. I was surprised at how juicy and tasty there were. The fries and onion rings were also great. Only complaint is that while the onion rings are big, they only gave 3 pieces! Seems a little stingy. The soft drinks have unlimited refills and it was the first time seeing Fresca as an option! Highly recommend and will be back!

Seems like a normal hamburger place and only special because of its association with Bobby Flay and that they throw chips into burgers.

Not sure if it was one thing or a combination of things. Maybe the interior has lost a little of its luster, maybe I should have ordered a beef burger instead of a turkey burger, maybe it was the waiter having a personal conversation while I watched my cooked burger waiting to be brought to me, maybe it’s that sweet potato fries aren’t that uncommon anymore, anyway… I’m dropping a star as the burger, fries, and soda for around $ 15 wasn’t working for me like it has in the past.

Great homemade hamburgers with great buns. The flavor combos are all delicious and fun and inventive. I highly recommend the coffee milkshake, I was expecting ice cream with coffee syrup. I received fresh ground coffee beans in my milkshake!!! Sooooo delicious. The 5 sauces remind me of being a kid, its fun to put all five on your plate and dunk the fries or onion rings, taking turns with all the dipping choices

**** 3 ½ Stars **** This Bobby’s Burger Palace actually had better burgers than the one in DC! I don’t quite know why that is as the menu is the same but… for some reason the burgers seemed to taste better, hence the 3 ½ stars. We were here on a weeknight around 5 p.m. and the place wasn’t too busy which was good as the 7 of us were able to sit together. The person taking our order was friendly and patient. While my husband, daughter and I ate at the DCBBP, for our son-in-law and grandkids this was their first visit. So, it took them a little longer to figure out what they wanted. Once we all ordered(we all got soft drinks or water), it cost $ 63+ change. Here’s what we all had: I had a «home of the crunchburger with angus beef and American cheese, along with a side of fries. Like, at the DC location, I ordered it medium and it came out more medium rare. My burger was juicy(like DC) but somehow more flavorful. The fries were properly prepared. Our daughter also had a «home of the crunchburger» but this time around she had a turkey burger with American cheese. She actually preferred the turkey burger over the angus beef because her take on the angus burger was that it was greasy(my husband and I say«no»). The turkey burger, she said, was not dried out and had good flavor. She and our son-in-law shared an order of sweet potato fries. Our daughter really likes their sweet potato fries and thinks that they are the best ones she ever had. My husband and our son-in-law both had the«palace classic» which comes with American cheese, lettuce, tomato and red onion, cooked medium but also came out more like medium rare. Both of them enjoyed their burgers with my husband agreeing about them being better at this location. Two of the kids had a kids cheeseburger made with angus beef and with American cheese along with a side of fries. Both of them enjoyed their food. The other one had a grilled cheese sandwich with onion rings. He doesn’t like fries and our daughter convinced him to try onion rings — he didn’t like them either. So the rest of us tried them and thought that they were well prepared with the coating adhering to the onion slices. He did, however, like his grilled cheese sandwich. I’m sure our daughter and her family will return here again. After all, our son-in-law always enjoys having a good burger.

What a wonderful place to have a fantastic meal. The staff from greet to order, to delivering my meal on my table, they all made me feel very special. I felt like I’ve landed into a world class burger place, like nothing on earth. I love their burgers, my sweet potato fries was just delicious, hot, crispy and tasty. My almond milkshake, my first time ever to try in any place, was simply fantastic. I highly recommend for anyone local or visiting(like me) to try Bobby’s Burger Palace. They will pamper you and treat you like family! Until then, Cheers! :p

If that picture doesn’t look impressive, that’s cuz it wasn’t. Bobby’s Burger Palace is supposed to be a better burger chain. You order at the counter, you get a number, and they bring the food to your table, much like Smashburger. Except you’re looking at spending about $ 15 for a burger, fries, and drink. I wouldn’t mind the price, but the burger quality just isn’t worth it. You have the options of a chicken breast, turkey burger, or beef burger for any of the sandwiches. I ordered the Philadelphia Burger with turkey. They dried it out. I’ve also had the Bobby Blue Burger, crunchified, on a previous visit. It was also underwhelming. If you want to try a crunchified burger, go for it, but there are better burger joints in the area.
