Do not go to this mcdonalds. they leave out your food. they gave me my food. got home.and they left out my big mac. Worst service ever

Absolutely terrible avoid this location at all costs. Whoever was working the drive through tonight should be fired. I waited 10 mins just to order and by the time I did the woman was completely incompetent. Asked me to order and when I did there was silence for about one minute then«HELLO?!?» I said yes hi I would like a Numbsr 1 please, louder this time. Dead silence for another thirty seconds then asked what kind of drink I wanted. Told her and she then asks what I would like to order again! I repeated again calmly and more silence then«HOLA???» And laughter in the background. I said very loudly almost yelling at this point«yes I just placed my order 3 times I would like a number 1 with a Sprite please.» More dead silence. If they were having trouble with the equipment they could at least apologize and explain but I think the issue is pure ignorance. I finally just drove off out of the line because the situation was so infuriating. Don’t go here.

Bad customer service. They took 10 min just to take one order, and they forgot my friend’s food. They don’t know about their own menus. Told me I couldn’t order something on their ads yet when they’ve done input and I was ready to pay. The cashier didn’t know what she’s doing, asked million questions to order a breakfast meal. Train them before they can handle a machine. The one star in for food. Zero for the service.

Comment: This is historically the very worst McDonalds in the world. A lifelong fan of the double quarter pounder with cheese, I frequent these establishments often as I work 2 jobs and often have little time, and it is only a short walk from my office building. They have had one door locked forever for no reason I can see. The bathrooms are settings in a horror movie. The managers are more concepts than actual beings. A given order is always up for interpretation resulting in potluck meals when you get back to your desk. The girl taking drive through orders will never acknowledge in person customers or call for more staff. With no customers on the day in question, it was 8 full minutes before i was asked if i were being helped by which time there were six people behind me. The food, compared to many other outlets i have dined in, is terrible. It tastes old, dry and leftover from days past. Whatever machine produces the beverage i happen to order that day invariably breaks or is in need of replacement bags. I have sworn never to step foot in there again as have the over 100 people in my office.

So slow! Horrible customer service and attitudes! They are always socializing and ignoring customers. I stood there recently for 10 min waiting for a cookie aftwr having paid and then then the cashier said oops sorry we don’t have any right now you have to wait and moved along.

I like this location because it is clean and bright. No problems with dine-in because there’s always available seating inside. Crew are pretty straightforward.

Zero stars. Worst customer service. Don’t even go here the woman in the drive thru(6:30am Sunday shift) is always very rude. Will make you wait sooo long. What ever happened to a multinational company customer service training?! Stay away from this place and spend your money at Dunkin or starbux where you can get very good customer with exceptional customer service paired with great coffee and food.

I have been here twice and the drive thru is always slow. How can you be so slow? I don’t mind waiting for good service, but the employees are so rude that when you pull up to the first window, they open the window just a few inches so they can stick their hand out to take your card. Today is the first day we’re hitting 60 degrees in over 4 months of a brutal winter… you can open the forsaken drive thru window today.

I don’t go to MCD very often… Now I remember why. I have a belief. When bad things happen to us– you might as well laugh and deal with it. This is how I dealt with the day AFTER a morning coffee run. «Why?» you ask? Well, ArmMcGeddon started a couple days ago. Without complaining for volumes about what happened. Let’s boil it down to a list. «6 Reasons Why MCD is not the King of morning drive thru» 1. People shouldn’t have to wait 11 minutes for one cup of iced coffee.(How your metrics lookin?) 2. After waiting on line for 7 minutes, please have my order ready when I finally come up to the window. 3. Don’t give me a cup covered in coffee that you wiped off with what appeared to be a rag. 4. Please shake ice coffee before you hand it to people. 5. If you suggest I shake it, Please put the lid on all the way, especially when you fill the cup up to the brim. 6. I understand you had a busy morning. But when you guys get sloppy it messes up OUR mornings and our schedules. Why would anyone want to come back to a franchise associated with terrible starts to the day? My Coffee dripped everywhere. My shirt, my car. This was not a fun. Suggestion: Maybe ask people– that is, if it’s just a coffee order– to go inside and pick it up. Tell them it will be faster. But give them the option to wait inline with the other cars. Simple fix. I’m gonna go back in a couple of days. Retreat to using sbux or dunkin’s drive thru. Give you some time to realign your Hamburgury Chakras.
