SafeSplash Swim School

First of all, let me start by saying that the swimming school is fantastic. We started in hasbrouck heights, but when the school opened in Paramus (which is closer to our home) we made the switch. The teachers at both locations were fantastic, and we felt our kids were in excellent hands while in the pool.
My issue with the school has to do with the management side of things.
With baseball starting up and my kids getting a little disinterested in continuing lessons for a bit, we withdrew them from their classes. Since we did it after the 15^th of the month we were charged a $ 30 late withdrawal fee, which is policy and I have zero problem with that. What I do have a problem with is getting billed for the next month anyway. I called and spoke to someone, and was told she would have to check with her manager about a refund. A week passed and I had not heard back, so I called again. I was told there wasn’t a note in my account about either the withdrawal OR the refund. This new person put the refund request (for classes I was billed for but not using) through again, and was told it would take 3 business days. 5 business days later I had still not received the money refunded into my account, but I had now also been billed ANOTHER charge. I immediately called when I saw the email receipt to find out what was going on. When I spoke to them again, I was told I would be refunded for both charges.
This time I received an email receipt for the two refunds, so at least it seems like they’re actually doing something this time, but we shall see how long it takes to actually get the money back. Hopefully, I’m not billed again this month, because I’m really just not in the mood to deal with this anymore.
Tl;dr version — swim school = excellent, office = terrible.
EDIT — the billing issues have been resolved and money was refunded for every one of the extra charges. It took a little longer than I would have liked, but it did get done nonetheless.

My 7 year old started here Aug and loves it! she did not know how to swim only with Swimmies on. But her instructor Kathrine made her feel comfortable and also gave her confidence in what she does and has to do.
She never wants to miss a class and is always excited to go on Sundays.
They are professional, kind and very patient
next year i’ll be enrolling my youngest to this class
hopefully she gets Katherine as her teacher

Loved this swim school for my 3y old.
He naturally likes swimming but Daniella made it even more pleasant by being so sweet and caring. She is a star!
Clean pool, clean showers. Kids do like it there and parents too.
We were there on Sundays. A little tough during the lunch time since the kid wanted to have his nap, but after 30 min of swimming we would take him straight home for a nice 3hour nap.
