Charleys Philly Steaks

Both me and my boyfriend ate here and started feeling sick a few hours later. We both started violently throwing up and having other symptoms of food poisoning. I got the point where I had to get in an ambulance and go to a hospital since I was violently vomiting for an hour straight with no breaks leading me to black out and collapse. As the hours went on, I was so sick that too much bile was coming up and choking me from my air supply and I was in danger of renal failure do to dehydration and I could not even keep water down. My boyfriend had the same symptoms and was up all night in the same condition. I threw up and shit out a weeks worth of food it seems. Such a disgustingly dirty restaurant; reporting them to the board of health

This was my first ever visit to a Charley’s. I went to the food court at noon on a Saturday. There’s no dining experience to comment on so this is for the service and the food. I ordered the Pepperoni Cheesteak, regular size with original fries. I felt like I could had used more layers of food since my sandwich seemed lacking in quantity. I could had gone with the largest size. The fries were good and ketchup is offered since none is available in the food court. The strawberry lemonade has tiny chunks of strawberry to enhance the taste.
