I was very impressed with the customer service. Steve & Dominick were an absolute pleasure to deal with. They are very friendly and were there to help with my service needs. I highly recommend this dealer and both these gentlemen to any CJD owner.

I have gone to a few dealerships in the past and have had horrible experiences. Route 4 is the first place I can honestly say made me truly happy and comfortable in buying another jeep. I traded my jeep in and they gave me a great price for it. Got a new one from them and their salesman Matt Beyer helped me through the process. He was so sweet and had no problem answering the million questions I had for him. I was being picky just because I wanted this jeep to be perfect for me! But he completely understood and helped me get my new baby. Milton Rodriguez also made sure I got a great price, which I did! So happy I went here and I will be a costumer for life.

Sales member I talked to wasn’t good. Brought his manager out and he also wasn’t good or professional. It took hours to try to get a straight answer out of them for negotiated sale price. After telling me I was crazy I would never get that deal and that the baseball team I liked sucked. I went to route 46 jeep and got the exact deal I was after. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

I should have figured a 2 star rating was pretty accurate on the immoral business practices at this location.
I found a 4 door Jeep Wrangler online, and after spending 1 hour lapping around the property with Monty to locate the vehicle, he showed me a older 2007 Jeep Wrangler with 30k miles. I took it for a test drive with Monty while he was on his phone with his girlfriend arguing the whole time.
After we get back we negotiate back and forth and discussed the trade in for my 2012 Subaru Impreza. I wanted to make sure they would pay off the remaining balance so I would only have the loan of the Jeep wrangler. I made it clear that if they couldn’t zero it out I wouldn’t want to trade in the car and I would be better off selling it privately. After going back and forth a sales manager came to talk and we came to an agreement that they would pay off my car and they wouldn’t add any difference to the price of the Jeep.
Monty was getting everything ready for finance, and I made it clear to him that I only wanted a Max of two pulls on my credit report since I was with 30 days of closing on my house, Monty agreed to tell the finance person to only do two pulls for credit.
My girlfriend and I sat in the waiting area for about an hour. They were extremely busy and I am okay with that since they have a nice TV that was playing UFC and a coffee machine that kept my girlfriend and I occupied. We finally meet Manny in finance. He goes over my rate and everything is fine, but the banks are close because it is now around 7pm so they will give me a hand written contract (which I still have and is signed by a manager there). We ending up leaving with the car and leaving my Subaru. I would show up tomorrow to get the rest of the paperwork.
I show up the next day with my girlfriend and we notice the price around 19k for the car is now 27k before the $ 3,000 I put down. I said this is not the price we agreed on and Manny said he just does the paperwork and not the negotiating. I also tell Manny about the 7 hits on my credit report because the mortgage company is freaking out and worried about possible fraud on my account. Manny tells me he can’t handle it himself but assured me he would have the team (upstairs) file a claim and remove the hits off my credit report.
I talk to a different manager then I spoke to before and show him the hand signed contract and he tells me that doesn’t mean anything even though it shows the price of the vehicle for 19k. IT WAS A SIGNED CONTRACT, SIGNED BY A MANAGER!
After arguing back and forth and also having one last conversation with Monty, he dropped the FBOMB on me and also said, and I’m quoting, «I know you think you are smarter than me, but you are not» My girlfriend couldn’t believe all this was happening.
I just wanted a Jeep and this dealership has ruined what should have been a great experience for me. I feel bad for some of the people working there because they are nice, and actually came up to me to talk and said they feel bad on how I was treated. They must knew what was going on.
I ended up leaving the Jeep which I had for less than 24 hours and waiting 2 hours for them to figure out where they put my Subaru and drive it back.
Here is the kicker, I still have all the paperwork showing the Bait and Switch price and I also have the personal finance paperwork from a female customer who bought a Jeep cherokee, because they were so careless and got her paperwork mixed in with mine. They tried taking all the paperwork I had back, and I refused because it is proof and I will just need to figure out where to submit it so other customers don’t get treated the same way.
I wonder if the owner knows what is actually going on. I still have the 7 credit pulls on my credit report and when I do call Manny now just dodges my calls.

Great experience purchasing our second car here today. Tim and Keith bent over backwards to make sure we left with the perfect car — at the perfect price — for our family.

I mean, the service at this car dealership is hard to comprehend. To say that it is poor is a dramatic understatement. The incompetence and lack of professionalism of the sales staff is just mind-​boggling. Stay away from this dealership if you want to have anything mildly resembling a positive experience.

Service department is horrible and no one wants to take responsibility for anything. Constantly lying about the status of repairs to keep you quiet while waiting in their lack luster waiting area. Constantly trying to sell services that aren’t necessary but wont even handle the things that may or may not ruin your vehicle. Service reps should be personable, not sales sharks like the people who sell you the car in the first place. I have since stopped getting my car serviced here and drive an extra 20 mins to the location in ramsey, they are more professional and honest about what my car needs and doesn’t need, I find it easier to spend money when im not being pressured but asked what it is I want to do.
My sales person was a decent guy, kind of got over on me but he works in sales who can blame him.

I have to say this was the fastest, easiest, best experience and smoothest deal i ever experienced. Anthony Bollotta WAS GREAT! I went in for the 2016 Jeep Wrangler and we got straight to the point. No bs what so ever. Ant was respectful, professional, and I was in and out within an hour tops (especially because no one like to be in a dealership for hours) ! I told him exactly what I was interested in and he gave me the best deal possible. Comparing prices to other dealers I went to they blew them out the water! So if you are interested in a Jeep/​doge/​chrysler go see them in Paramus and ask for Ant!

Absolutely had an amazing experience! I purchased a 2016 Town and Country Touring. The experience was superb! I drove an hour and ½ from Philly because I received such a great deal! My salesman Ali was knowledgeable and respected my need to be in and out of the dealership. And Kareem the Finance manager was very helpful and made all of the paperwork quick and easy. Thank you!!!

2 family generations in Paramus. Never been treated so bad in my own town. My lease was due in, Called the dealer, The internet sales girl answered (nice on the phone), Told her I was coming in for a new lease and return the old, I leased from Hudson jeep, 3 years ago, Paramus sales man never returned my phone calls, So I leased from Hudson.
Well what a mistake, Went in 2 nights ago, wanted to meet my daughter since I was leasing for her, She worked late so she couldn’t make it. Since I had insurance till midnight on the old jeep, Had to leave it there. I asked the sales man if I can leave the jeep there till tomorrow cause I wont be able to drive it, He said sure and showed me where to park, all the way back, Not blocking anything. I called the lease return the next morning, Named Metrie, to inform him that I will be there at night to turn that in and get a new one. Metrie asked in broken English, did you lease from here, I said no, «You have to come down NOW and take it to where you got it from». this made me upset, I told don’t you think that’s stupid, I will lease one from them. He said YOU CALL ME STUIPED, I will call the police and tow the car out. At that point, Not only I couldn’t understand his English but no sense talking to this guy. I called the bank, They called him and reminded him of a contract they have with them, Which they must take it in. Not to mention he said we don’t business from people like you. Massage to Metrie: I spent 15 years of my life to make it possible for you, Mr. Metrie to come and have your freedom in this Great US of A.
Picking up my new jeep tonight from Hudson. This was really my fault, For going back to Paramus dodge. Stay away, don’t waste your time

GM addressed all our concerns and we made a deal.

This car dealership is run by lying thieves from general manager Dean Redmond on down to the sales managers, car salesmen, and front desk staff. They lied to us through every step of the transaction, stole money from us, were deceitful about the vehicle’s history, and illegally sold us a car they did not yet own. The entire ordeal has been a disaster for the past two months and no one at the dealership has at any point been apologetic or accepted responsibility for what they’ve done. It has led to us having to file complaints to the Better Business’s Bureau, New Jersey Department of Motor Vehicles, and the NJ State Attorney Generals office to investigate their actions.
We bought a pre owned Jeep wrangler from here in November from salesman Mike Higgins. He lied through the entire purchase. He didn’t allow us to test drive the car until after making a payment. He told us the car was NOT in an accident when it WAS, we didn’t get to see the carfax report until after paying. When we gave them a deposit towards the car they said they could only take a maximum of $ 3000 as a check. Then they could only take so much on a credit card. So we had to put down the deposit with 3 different forms of payment. Then they said they couldn’t accept the check for some unknown reason and gave it back to us. A few days later we found out from the bank that they had cashed our $ 3000 check that we had in our possession. This was money that wasn’t even being applied to our deposit or car payment, they just stole it. And somehow cashed it without even having the check. After calling the dealership to find out what happened they said they would call back and never did. I had to obtain a refund through the bank with no response from the dealership.
The car had a squeak noise coming from the back that Mike Higgins said they would fix and was never fixed. It has a problem with the ABS light coming on and beeping randomly that he said they would fix that and never did. We went back 3 times and the service department never fixed either problem.
We were given a temporary plate to drive the car while they processed the registration for our new plates. A week went by and the temporary plate they gave us expired. We called every day as it got closer to the temp plate expiring to find out when our plates would be in or to get an update and every time we were given a different excuse or transferred and hung up on. We later found out they never even started processing our registration because they didn’t possess the title. They sold us the car illegally. They offered no solution to the fact that we couldn’t drive the car and were completely unapologetic about it over several weeks. And we were charged over $ 500 in processing fees for paperwork they never processed. On top of having to make car payments to the car we couldn’t even drive in our first month and a half of owning it.
After repeatedly calling every day and going in the store for answers, a sales manager named Dan said they would give us a loaner car while we waited for the registration. When we came in to pick up the loaner car Dan mysteriously went home sick, despite having just spoken on the phone with him 30 min prior and letting him know we were on the way. The girl at the desk rudely ignored us after telling her we were there to see Dan. After 15 minutes she left and returned with a set of keys that were all sticky and handed them to us saying that she didn’t know what car it was but we could go out to the lot and press the panic button until we found it. We then went to the manager’s desk to find out what was going on. The manager wanted us to give him our credit card information to put on file before loaning us a car, which we only needed because of their incompetence. At this point we were not giving them any more money or access to our money, after all the lying and stealing from us. Then he has the nerve to act like he’s doing us a favor by loaning us a car to replace the one we bought from them and can’t drive. Saying «I don’t need to be doing this, you know». Several other managers including Dean Redmond sat back in their chairs and watched, doing nothing, never once apologizing for anything.
We found out that many other people are dealing with similar issues, being sold cars that the dealership doesn’t have titles for, then not being able to drive them because they won’t process the paperwork. Unfortunately we didn’t know how poorly run and mismanaged this company is before we went in. Now they are being investigated by the state. I recommend any potential car buyers to stay away from this place.

After several issues and a rocky relationship with service thanks to Heather, Steve, and Joe for getting involved to correct the issues at hand and provide a solution while my car is in for recall service.

Went to get a car on Saturday. We knew we wanted to get a caravan as we are expecting twins and needed a bigger car, fast. I had done my research and found they had some great end of the deal specials for 2015s. We went in a little nervous as this was my husband and my first experience buying a car without our parents’ help.
From the moment we got out of our car, we were greeted by our salesman, Keith Horton. He met us with a smile and led us in to talk about our needs. We knew what we wanted so it made the process very quick, we were in a car on a test drive in no time! After the test drive, we sat down to crunch numbers (we had a car we were trading in also). We were able negotiate while still feeling comfortable and respected. We never felt pressured by Keith and the process was actually pleasant and fun (thanks to him!). He is really nice and was very kind to us.
We agreed on a price pretty fast. Since I had done extensive research, we know we got an extremely good deal. We drove our new car home that day. Keith even helped us program my phone into the hands free system in the car before we drove home. We will definitely buy our next car from Keith and highly recommend you go in to see him if you’re looking to buy or lease. In fact, he even called us today to make sure we got home ok and to answer any questions about our new car. Great customer service!

I hope if you are considering either purchasing or having your car serviced at Jeep Paramus that you get to read my experience and make an educated decision not to do so, as a customer that deserves to be treated with respect.
This dealership service department is so horrendous, I am currently exploring legal action. They damaged my bumper cover when replacing a headlight. They pulled the bumper cover without removing a 10 mm bolt on the wheel well, tearing the hole where the bolt sits. They replaced the headlight and besides this damage, they did not replace rivets, plus damaged the fender molding and bumper tabs.
I took it for an unrelated issue, and told them to please fix the bumper since they had not done so, even though Vivian Perez promised they would twice before. The bumper does not sit flush/​aligned now with permanent damage to the bumper cover and fender moldings.
What they did is straight out of a gangster movie… They put a dent on the bumper and scratched it to simulate a collision and blamed the damage to it. Yes you are reading this right.
What they don’t understand is by their actions, there are over 30 people in my company that would never consider not even doing business with them, but purchasing a Jeep as well. Not to mention those that will read about my experience on this website.

Be careful with this dealer when taking your car in for service. The sales associates are awesome, specially Junior. He got me great deal on my 2015 Chrysler 200S.
The service team in other words does not care about your vehicle. My mistake was to not go around the car with a service worker before handing it over to them, so they know what kind of car owner I am.
The car only had one scratched rim, which was done by me and I told Viviana that (I don’t care about it being my fault, but when someone does something to my car and I have to pay to fix it, it’s hurtful). The service team, scratch my left rear rim all over the middle and sides, and you can tell it was removing it due to not having any curb cracks or scratches. When Viviana told the Service guy he claimed it couldn’t have been done there, since it would take a curb to do that. While I try talking and telling him how that’s not true he wouldn’t let me speak, and I had to talk pretty loud. How can a rim with no curb scratches hit a curb? And also it has red stuff on it too. Anyway the service guy took the car and I’m guessing they just looked at it and parked it in the back by the washing area, and left it there to make it seem like they tried fixing the issue, while I waited about 20 minutes. Viviana comes and tells me they can’t really do anything because the scratches are too deep, and that she would «call me» today when the guy who fixes rims comes in around noon. I had to walk to the back to get my own car, because they didn’t even bother bringing it to me. Wow, that’s a great way to keep customers happy after not being able to fix the issue.
I never got a call, and this is how they lost a customer. I will never, ever take my car to this place to get service, no matter what. That was so irresponsible, now not only do I have one rim that was messed up by me, but another that I never messed up myself. I reiterate, you will never see me coming in for oil change or anything that has to do with servicing the car at this dealer. Own up to your mistakes! At least I admited I messed up my front rim.

This is not a dealership… it is a chicken shack filled with tacky sharks! If you step foot in this place do not talk to the guys in dark green shirts… they are completely useless. Try to find someone with a lighter shirts. Lighter shirt means more authority to them :)
Anyway save your headache and pick a different dealership as this will turn into a nightmare as it has for us.

Great buying experience. I was helped by Jose Bustamante, I purchased a Jeep Cherokee Limited and I couldn’t been happier with the price and the options provided. He made the purchasing experience that more pleasant.

They informed me that there is going to be a long wait for my mom’s car to be fixed and I expected this to happen because I have had previous experiences of waiting for my vehicle at other dealerships. I brought some papers I needed to study so I would not be bored sitting here.
I was hoping for some free bagels or donuts in the sitting area, but there are refreshments such as tea or coffee which is just as good. I would like to see a water dispensor for customers to meet their daily intake of water. There are two vending machines one for soda and one for snacks. I did not purchase any of those items.

I have been here for about two and a half hours and the customer service is satisfactory. They informed me as soon as they could about the status of my mom’s car and I was told that I would not be able to pick it up until tomorrow.
