Floortown

After an extensive search for new area rugs and runner for our new living room, we went to FloorTown on Route 17 Paramus, NJ at a recommendation of a friend. Steve, the Sales Rep. really helped us select the best carpet to match our new furniture. Price-​wise, FloorTown was comparable and even more reasonable than some of the other carpet places we had visited and gotten prices from. The area rugs and runner were cut and bound to our specific desired sizes. This allowed us to get the sizes we wanted instead of keeping to the standard 4 X 6 or 5×8 and we even got a custom sized carpet for in front of a settee. We never would have been able to find all 3 pieces in our desired sizes in the same color already made. The carpet that was cut and bound on site to the desired sizes came out beautifully! The work was done to perfection. No complaints at all. We also ordered a designed runner for our steps and risers. With 2 pie shaped stairs, I was afraid the pattern would not match up but Senad, our carpet installer, did a superb job. Senad and his colleague arrived on a Saturday morning, as scheduled a few minutes early in fact, and worked until everything was done. Like I said, they cut and bound the area rugs on site and installed the stair carpeting. They were professional, courteous and efficient. Since I had old carpeting on the stairs that they had to remove prior to installing the new stair runner, they were accommodating and we worked out a plan: they removed the old carpeting from the stairs and then went to work on the area rugs allowing me the time to clean the stairs and apply Rejuvanate and have it dry before they worked on installing the stair runner. They knew that they were doing. We also had the pleasure of having the store’s Project Manager, Kenny stop by to see how things were going and if we were happy with the installers work and the products we had ordered. I would highly recommend FloorTown in Paramus NJ to anyone looking for new carpeting and am planning on returning to see what they could do for my kitchen floor.
