Wish could give no stars. The rug I purchased never stopped shedding. Then later, I found same one for half the price they charged.
I think everything they sell is overpriced.

Rug heaven. I brought a swatch of our new couch into the store, which was gray cotton velvet. I had tried a couple rugs from RugsUSA, but they were cheap and it showed when we git them home to try them against our piece if furniture. Right away, I received excellent customer service (not pushy, but helpful) from Sam, who found the perfect piece within minutes of arriving. In spite of bringing home another rug to try in addition to his selection, I ended up going with his choice, realizing I really needed the advice if an expert which he is. He’s been doing this for 20 yrs and it shows. Great experience, lovely selection, a bit on the high end side in terms of price but deservedly so. Highly recommend you consider Rug Importers!
