Purchased glasses at the Paramus Mall September 2021, unfortunately did not purchase insurance for scratched lenses, but did return January 2022 because the left lens was severely scratched and were kind enough to replace them at no cost and was told by the General Manager to purchase the insurance when I came back to pick up my replaced lens, the manager of this store would not let me purchase the insurance and really was extremely rude when I told her she said I would able to purchase the insurance. This manager needs to be taught social graces and how to speak to customers. Her demeanor was abhorrent.

have eye med-went to order progressives with a frame(that was approx. $ 150).Debbie, a sales«manager» quoted me a price, after ins. I would owe $ 119 total, as my copay. A few min later she told me she made a «mistake», told me it was really $ 325(as my copay). When I told her forget it, she was totally pissed. Went to another eyeglass store, similar cost frame, with varilux progressive lens-$ 200 was my total cost, after insurance. Meanwhile varilux lens are better lens than lenscrafters.(I think she was working on commission-when she thought I was buying 2 pairs, she was haunting me throughout the store) Don’t waste your time there.

Will never go back there again. The management is rude. Sales staff looks bothered to even talk to you and it takes forever to get your glasses. Truly a horrible customer experience. Go to your local merchant or some of the new startups like Warby Parker. They work harder for your business and you’ll save money $. Avoid LensCrafters at Paramus Park at all costs
