After driving by, my wife and I decided to stop in. We were pleasantly surprised with the selection. We dealt with Moe. A little over a month, our kitchen table broke. The leg popped out. I have a 2 year old son and I don’t want the glass to fall on my son. I called Moe he sent out inexperienced kids to fix my table. A few weeks later the same thing happened. I called again and said he would take care of it, never heard back from him. Their attitude is we have your money and now you are no longer our problem. This is poor service and they do not stand behind their products. Stay clear from this store. Go to a more reputable chain where they stand behind their products.

My girlfriend and I were moving to Florida and needed to buy a new couch and a new dining table for our new place in Florida. After carefully researching and visiting many stores, we determined that Lugano Furniture had the widest and best selection at the best prices. We purchased a beautiful Italian Leather Sofa and a large glass dining table and had them ship it to Florida. Not only did we receive the pieces in perfect condition, but we received them so quickly. If you are looking for an amazing Italian Leather Sofa, or any beautiful furniture for that matter, at an unbeatable price, than I highly recommend Lugano Furniture.

This showroom has a wide selection of contemporary and modern furniture. They also do custom dining and custom upholstery… We bought a beautiful glass dining table and chairs and a custom upholstered sofa that took about 6 weeks and we received it last week. I absolutely love love the sofa and the service is great. They are very nice and actually take the time to help with your decision. And the owner is a sweetheart!

NEVER waste your time and money in this shady store:
I placed an order on 12/​12/​2015 (Sat) for 3 bar stools, 1 coffee table and 2 dining chairs. They had one dining chair in the store and I picked it up after they swiped my card, not realizing that they charged me the full amount at the order. From my previous experiences i have been charged either when the order is shipped to my house or I pick them up, which should be the correct time to be charged. Anyway, I came back home and realized that the style of furniture does not match with the furniture that we have in the kitchen and living room. We decided to cancel the rest of the furniture we ordered for pick up and revisited the store on 12/17/2015(Thu). There were three sales people and I told them that I wanted to cancel the order. And they were furiously telling or rather threatening me that they would charge 40% of restocking fee for the order that I had never received or picked up. The receipt was indicating that they will charge 40% restocking fee for returned items, not cancelation. I tried to make my point that this is NOT a return, but I was only wasting my time and energy on these people. I have never heard 40% restocking fee in my life. Anyway, i was dumb enough to hand over my cedit card to these shady people and not read the ridiculous return policy which shouldn’t apply to the cancelation and they never mentioned.
Unilocalers, please be careful and think again when you stop by this store. Hope you don’t make the same mistake that I have made. I’m currently disputing the charge through my credit card company.
