Signature Leather

We purchased several thousand dollars worth of furniture 3 years ago from Signature Leather in Paramus, NJ for our new home in Florida. The leather seating for the family room has a power recline system. We have had problems with these chairs for 3 years. The power stops and the chair does not recline. And it is incredibly uncomfortable.
We eventually had to replace the single chair and now it looks like we may have to replace the love seat. First it takes months and multiple tries to get new motors and controls from them to learn they do not fix the problem, then it takes 5 more months to replace the chair.
I have been waiting at least 3 months for the new love seat control. They initially sent the wrong piece. These people never call me back or follow up. I have to continually call them. Imagine spending 3 years working on seating after spending over $ 20,000. I would never do business with these people again. Nightmare!

Very limited selection. I am looking for a leather chesterfield style sofa. The salesperson had no idea of what I was talking about. I had to show a picture, and got the response «oh, that’s what that is? no we don’t»

They have couches here that are both modern, contemporary, and traditional. I have to say… I think I’m going to buy a sectional here, but I have to wait until next payday! The sales reps are very nice and informative and again… they let you browse. You are literally surrounded by high quality leather.
