They moved to the new location, it’s smaller than their old store, so naturally they do not stock as much as they used to have at their other location. This can be a bit frustrating, but they do offer ship to home for anything they don’t have in stock. I’ve done this a few times before and my order has come the next day and for free which is very nice.

After being told by the Staples store in Hackensack, NJ that they«ran out of paper» for instant in-store business cards and had no idea when they would receive more, I was completely frustrated since I need emergency business cards for an event in a few days. Staples running out of «paper» is like McDonald’s running out of french fries – insanely bad for business and unfathomable to a customer! There was a pricing glitch in the ordering on the Staples website for business cards and, after wrestling with it for too long, I called the Copy/Print Center at the Staples in Paramus at 557 N. State Rt.17. I spoke to a wonderfully patient, pleasant and knowledgeable young lady in the Copy/Print Center who tried to help me during multiple calls to bypass the glitch. She never showed any frustration or annoyance at the fact that I called her repeatedly. After reaching an acknowledged dead end for both of us, she suggested I come in, if possible, and offered to do everything possible to help in person. So, I drove a bit further than I wanted but ended up with her helping me polish my design and offering general business support while we completed the order. She was helpful, gracious, funny and respectful throughout. I’m sure that I have had very few customer service experiences in my lifetime that come anywhere near this one. She assures me that my business cards will be ready on Monday morning, which will save the day for me. She also honored a large discount on the printing that I was due even though my email coupon would not provide the proper code. I would love to give her name but am not sure that she will like that so I just encourage you to visit the copy center and tell her that you heard that she helped a very distressed woman navigate the Staples business card ordering glitch. I’m sure she will impress you with the same«sparkling» service that I received. Staples is very lucky to have her!

Absolute ridiculous. I went into the shipping department tonight to get prices on shipping two boxes. «Jack» there, an older person, claimed he could not give me a price with out doing the whole transaction. UTTER laziness, or total ignorance of what he can and can NOT do. I’ve been to the other Staples in the area and they have always given prices for shipping with out having to ship the item. Any shipping center understands that this is a normal part of business that people need to know a cost of shipping before shipping out. This location has lost my business and don’t expect much help from«JACK».

This place sends up red flags. I just don’t know… and neither does the staff apparently. Every time I walk in they redo the place so I don’t remember where anything is. I would rather spend 10 minutes walking around looking than asking since most of the people there are incompetent. The place is just a downer to walk into. Make the U-turn and go to Office Depot… at least there you know what you’re getting yourself into.
