Supercuts

NOT AGAIN!!! I have been coming here for a while and everything was fine. Today I came with my son, who is very particular about his hair. After he told the stylist (older woman who I think is the manager/​or owner) he wanted it short on the sides and long on top, she gave my 7^th grader a 1^st grader buzz cut. He was in a state of shock until he got into the car and bald his eyes out.
Now I have to hear about this until his hair grows back in six months– like I said before, NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went to supercuts in HACKENSACK by the homedepot. Got a hair cut by Omar he totally butcher my hair after 2 day couldn’t take it anymore so I went to Paramus super cut they where surprised how bad my hair was they didn’t charge me to fix it. They didn’t have to do that I think that was top notch. Karrina fixed my hair cut looks perfect thank you I’ll alway come to the Paramus supercuts thanks again

I’ve been coming here for years with my kids. Lacey, Leah, Lindita (sp) and Stephanie are top-​notch. I’ve had haircuts at other places that are lots more expensive and not nearly as good.

I have been going there for years. I’m not that picky. I know I can get a better haircut elsewhere. But it’s the convenience of not having to wait that lures me back. So about 3 haircuts ago, I got a newbie. My hair was completely uneven after she finished. So for the first time ever, I was actually not going to let someone from SCs cut my hair. Next time I went, I got an older woman. She was great. And today, I almost got the newbie but I told her I wanted to see the other woman today. First she was about to not blow dry my hair, no biggie. Then she left my bangs with 3 strands of hair on it. I have a lot of hair, so the fact that she did this right away made me suspicious. But, I was so focused on my bangs that I did not notice the hair length discrepancy. I drove back and politely complained. Ironically, newbie fixed the problem. I have a feeling they all bond together when they have a newbie, who is incompetent and who btw, seemed to have been demoted to hair washer. I never once told them who it was, but maybe it was just the fact that I mentioned that it had happened. This 3^rd woman has been there for years. I know she has experience. But if this is their game, then so be it. They just lost a great customer. I usually pay $ 10 for a$ 33 haircut. No more.

please do not let nicole do your eye brows extremely ruff and does not know how to shape eyebrows its sad !! my eyesbrows are destroyed thanks nicole very impolite no greeting fast doesnt do the job nicole what about courtesy! i got a come here sit! also a tip when you wax eyesbrows please hold the skin dont just pull ! dont ever ask customers about tips ever !

I have been coming to this supercuts for years. My whole family comes. I love Stacy she does an awesome job. She is thorough and pleasant if she isn’t available I use Lindita who also does a great job What I like about this. Supercuts are that the stylists stay for years. Not a big turnover in staff.

Pros:
Decent haircut. nice enough people, Short wait.
Cons:
Dirty floors with piles of hair (get the vaccum in the wall!), Why no kids pricing?, Disorganized counters with dirty clippers and sizzors.

I can’t even express how atrocious this haircutting place is. I am not joking when I say a monkey could do a better job. Half of the people who work here don’t speak English and give you whatever they want, not you. I’ve went only a few times but whenever I go I get the same idiot. When I ask for a little off I come out as a skinhead. To put it short, you should not bring anyone here ever. This haircutting place is the worst haircutting place ever only because of one lady whom I hope gets fired. Supercuts really should have fired her years ago and I might still be going. There are dozens of haircutting places nearby that do a better job, so for your sake do NOT go to Supercuts.

Got the worst haircut ever from this place!!! Don’t ever go to Nicole she will butcher the hell out of your hair!!! Manager was very helpful after a week with not returning my phone call but even she looked at my hair and didn’t know what to do with it being it was butchered so bad. She gave me shampoo to grow my hair back since it was cut so short. I would have been better off using a damn flowbe on my head!
Thanks for nothing supercuts I will be wearing my hair in a pony tail for the next few months until it grows back!

Not for nothing the reading selection was strong, featuring some interesting sports illustrated magazines from the past years. Then I was called, I always like to stop by when Trish is working (Trish is short for Patricia), we use to have a thing but that’s all in the past, Hey, sometimes things are meant to be and sometimes they turn out to be a colonoscopy if you know what I mean. Trish and I also have a collegial rapport and although I did have to tell her that it was my time for some quiet. No haircut is worth it’s salt if you don’t get some quiet time with your thoughts in there. I don’t go for the newfangled hairdos. What am I protesting a war or something? Supercuts always delivers, no razor, plus they got that nice pomade I like. It’s nice how they take a little off the top, a bit off the sides and clean up my side cabinets nicely.

I’ve been going to Supercuts for years. Have tried many locations. They are all consistent. I’m happy with how efficient they are, I never have to wait very long.

Everyone here is good, I always ask for Stephanie and she does a really great job.
