They do not follow closing time at their front desk service door. They close 30 minutes before the posted time. This is SERVICE for you. This tall wiry dude was very rude. This is a bad for Wendy’s reputation.

I literally sped through the drive thru and was impressed with how fast it was. The surprise was that nothing i ordered was in the bag. They whisked out the food so fast I didn’t even get my burger… the kicker was when I called to complain the phone rang 30 times with no answer. Nobody’s home for sure. I’m sure Big Dave would be pretty pissed off with the customer service.
