I absolutely love this place. from their delicious milkshakes, to their veggie burger which is easily the best veggie patty I’ve ever had (just dissapointed they discontinued the sprouts on top). I also love their zucchini fries. the service is always fast and friendly and this is pretty much the only place I’ll eat when I’m garden state plaza

Everything is well prepared and incredibly tasty. The chocolate shakes are indulgent with the proper amount of chocolate (far too many restaurants end up with shakes that taste more like the vanilla ice cream in the shake). The fried zucchini is delicious and I highly recommend it. The truffle fries are to die for with the right amount of crispness and a rich truffle flavor. The veggie burger is good and if you order the vegan version, it brings a nice side salad. I’ve also had the Farm Salad and that was very satisfying. The macaroni and cheese wasn’t too impressive though so that was disappointing in a menu full of wonderful choices. I’d highly recommend the restaurant though as most of the food is outstanding.

One of my new fave burger places! I’m always out trying to find the best burgers and this is definitely up there. I had the breakfast burger and double truffle French fries.
Very impressed with the burger itself and the beef was not dry at all, juicy and all… my ideal burger plus avocado, fried egg, and bacon!
For a while, I’ve been skeptical of truffle fries being that whenever I get it at different places I get sick of the taste so easily… but these were incredible we ended up ordering two more orders of it throughout our meal! Paired of course with truffle aioli (which we also asked for more because it’s amazing).
Overall, really great experience and I definitely plan on coming back again and again!

Oh how I miss NJ and Zinburger. I am so in love with this place. We usually go to the one on route 3 but on occasion will go to the one here in the mall. The parmesan truffle fries are the star of the show even though its a burger joint. Even the sweet potato fries and the yogurt dip are amazing. I love the fact that my burger is truly medium rare. My only complaint is they don’t cut the burgers in half and I always have to request a knife. These burgers are way too big to eat without cutting them in half.

I’m sorry to say that I’ve been to this Zinburger more times since my original review and they have now met my 3 strikes you’re out rule.
This Zinburger made a mistake charging our credit card for the wrong table on one occasion, for which they gave us a comped meal to make up for it.
On another occasion they gave us the wrong food and continued to mix up our food with the table next to us. There was a lot of waiting and their credit card machine then ended up going down.
This last time I was with my family. They sat us at the dirtiest booth I’ve ever seen. My dad said not to put the menus on the table because it was covered in spills and food. My mom got up to walk over to the hostess stand and she slipped on something that was on the floor. She was wearing flats, caught herself on the chair, and then a waitress came and picked up something off the floor behind her. Not one person asked if she was ok. She asked the hostess to move us to a new table, but when the hostess came over she asked my sister and me if we wanted to move, I said that the table here was really dirty. She had an attitude and wiped up the table with a rag. Didn’t spray it with any kind of cleaner or anything. My dad is disgusted. My mom comes over and is angry because she asked to be moved. We left.
They just can’t seem to get anything right. The place is filthy. I won’t be coming back.

My fiancée and I were just driving down route 3 while our stomachs were growling. I decided it was cheat day and we stopped here.
The décor is very nice and I liked the vibe. It was a Tuesday night, so it wasn’t super crowded — which I liked.
We both had a burger and wine. Their wine selection is good and the burgers are top 10! I had the ringer burger which has onion rings tossed in Frank’s red hot, pepper jack cheese and their delectable angus beef.

Zinburger you have failed me! As much as fell in love with zinburger they have slipped to be another burger place.
The first two times the burger and fries were amazing. The 3^rd time the food was eh and the fries were greasy. The 4^th — and last time — the bread of the burger was cold, I asked for no mayo and they gave both myself and my mom mayo. Her burger was all sloppy and the fries were GREASY! I was truly unhappy and disappointed. I will not be going back to zinburger every again. The waitress was nice and supposedly gave us 50% off on each burger but it was less than 50% off.

Stopped by and ordered a great bottle of wine, 2013 Malbec by Clayhouse. The weekends are normally crowded with long wait times but the staff are friendly and helpful. I had the breakfast burger (egg, applewood smoked bacon, avocado, American cheese, lettuce and mayo). This burger is no joke. If you are hungry, you won’t be disappointed with this one. The wine also added a nice touch!

So sad to see this place go down hill. Not sure if they are under new management or what? We usually dine at the bar where bartenders were nice and friendly… well, not anymore. Service were terrible and bartenders just looked miserable and ruined my dining experience. Not going back.

A friend recommended to try this burger bar. Being a fan of Bobby’s burgers… I had set the bar. All I can say after devouring their BLANCO BURGER is «quelle surprise». I was not expected my kobe beef patty BLANCO BURGER to be mouth watering delicious. Not only is this a great burger bar but Zinburger doesn’t just stop at burgers they have these amazing shakes. Now it was my first time so of course I wanted to try their shake and the very peppy, courteous and knowledgeable waitress recommended the Tiramisu shake which is only available for the month of May.

Food– the food is actually really good. They can apparently make «any» burger vegetarian but «Clint’s almost famous veggie burger» is the best. The fries are nice and crispy and the chili fries and milkshake are also good. My only concern is that the fries with the chili get soggy after a while. The food is nice though!
Service– Our food took about 65 minutes, which is pretty ridiculous considering the restaurant wasn’t even full. The worst part is that one person at our table got their food, the next got theirs’ after 15 minutes, and I finally got my food AFTER everyone had completely finished their food. Our waitress was super nice about it though and we didn’t have to pay for any of the food at all. We only had to pay for the drinks, which ended up at $ 35 (that is totally acceptable considering we ordered a lot of drinks.)
I would definitely not come here to sit and eat ever again, but I will certainly come back for take out: D.

Zinburger is an ok place to get a burger in the mall but absolutely nothing special. With Shake Shack opening up this place really needs to step up the service and the quality of food. The buns are bigger then the actual burger and the fries are not cooked hot once they arrive at the table. Prices are a bit on the high side $ 10 for a plan burger and $ 15 for a Kobe no fries or sides.
The fries were all pieces and not full cuts.

Ok updated review. We visited Zinburger after the manager offered us a $ 50 gift card to return and it was a much better experience. Our waiter was very helpful and made sure everything was made properly. The food was delicious and the burgers were cooked perfectly. My only issue is that the The fries were cold. For some reason fold and go restaurants just cant figure out that Fries should be made last not first and cannot sit under heat lamps. I would return

I’ve visited this Zinburger a couple of times, and while I really enjoy the chain as a whole, this isn’t my choice location. The food is definitely up to the usual quality & deliciousness, but the service leaves something to be desired.
My last two visits were … not ideal. The first, we were sitting near the entrance to the kitchen & a server dropped a little tub of ketchup on the floor — splattering ketchup all over my arm and across the back of my *white* shirt (figures, amirite?). Our waitress thankfully treated my shirt with club soda, which left it mostly stainless … and soaked.
The second visit, we were led to a table that had just been wiped down and was glistening with puddles of water. Our hostess dropped our menus down before quickly walking away — leaving the menus stuck to the table! It’s okay; we didn’t want wine anyway?
So like I said, I enjoy the food a lot, and the burger varieties are mostly awesome and drool-​worthy, but this mall locations lacks some of the finesse that I’ve experienced in, say, Clifton. Thankfully, it’s a big enough place where I’ve never experienced a long wait, and it’s spacious enough to maneuver around without hitting the other customers with my shopping bags. Plus it’s open on Sundays! It’s a decent option if you’re looking to sit down for a nice burger dinner in Paramus. And with that said, order the Sweet Potato Fries & never, ever, EVER, forget the Applewood Smoked Bacon.

Huge fan of zinburger, especially their happy hour deals. Lots of room for comfortable seating and always satisfied after each meal. Had the small ice burger and breakfast burger yesterday, the salad was slightly over dressed but delicious and the burger was juicy and tasty as usual. Just the thought about the meal is making me hunger, will be going back for more in the near future!

It’s a shame I have to give a poor review. Tonight’s visit at zinburger was horrible. The table was dirty; crumbs from previous clients all over! The worst and most upsetting part were the bathrooms. By no means should any bathroom look like this especially in Paramus, NJ. The managers tried desperately to excuse their poor hygiene but the damage is done. DIRTY BATHROOM MAYBE DIRTY KITCHEN. The men bathroom was visited by my husband also no toilet paper, both bathrooms garbage cans were over stuffed, horrible hygiene

The problem is consistent. The restaurant was packed with guests and their bathroom disgusting. Toilet paper on the floor in stalls. Garbage can over flown. Honestly I don’t get how people can even eat here.

As a burger enthusiast, I like my burgers juicy and tasty above all else. That means not over-​seasoning and definitely not overcooking.
This place hit the spot when I was looking for a quick and easy meal near home. The burger was more than good enough and cooked the way I wanted.
Certainly a place that I’d consider going to again in the future.

Loved the «Blanco burger» the burger was thick and juice, the zucchini fries were amazing too, very crispy and a big portion. My friend ordered the «ahi tuna sandwich» which barely had any ahi inside, she also got the sweet potato fries which were great. About the drinks… The bacon bloody was soooo good!
If you are wondering about only 3 stars… The service wasn’t too friendly.

There is something about this place that keeps me coming back, even though the wait times are long, the foods are a la cart, and i for some reason always end up with greasy hands and with a burger that falls apart upon eating.
When I come here i’m certainly a fan of the breakfast burger — which comes with all my favorite ingredients — bacon, eggs, avocado, cheese and a burger. I like when a burger joint allows you the option on how you like the burger cooked. I ordered the medium (which is how i like my steaks — probably should have ordered medium well). Ordering the burger at medium seems like a throwback to my savage caveman era with blood and grease all over or ends up like some sort of massacre on my plate and mouth.
The service is pretty fast, but kind of odd that the fries don’t come with the burger itself.

Recap of our recent experience:
Arrived at 5. Greeted and order taken at 5:15. Drinks arrive at 5:25, food around 10 minutes later. Finished eating around 6 and did not hear from our server again until 7:15 when we asked for the check. Check arrived at 7:40. Left exact change and tip. Now, I totally understand if they were packed and under staffed. They were neither. The place was barely ¾ full and they had plenty of people working. Fortunately, there was a football game on and we were in no rush whatsoever. If we were, I would have been pissed. Not sure if I will return again. Food is good enough but service is way, way below par. Similar quality and menu at Habit for less than ½ the price. No alcohol though but I can deal with that.

It’s an easy place to grab dinner and drinks if you happen to be at the GSP, but don’t go out of your way just to come here.
I had the chili burger which was pretty good. Also ordered coleslaw that tasted quite bland (even the coleslaw I buy from a corner deli still taste better). They have quite a list of drinks, angry orchard being my favorite
