Wendy’s

Came here a few times inside was a little dirty, floors were dirty and tables were not cleaned. Had to get someone to come and clean the table. Went there the other day and ordered a few things through drive thru. Before leaving I checked if everything was there. Had 2 items missing and no straws or napkins in bag. I waited till they came by window to tell them. She’s like ma’am you still here you holding up the line. I’m like you kidding me? Yes I’m holding up your line because you didn’t give me everything that I ordered!!! She asked me what I was missing while rolling her eyes. I told her she then closes the window comes back with the rest of the stuff and doesn’t have the decency to apologize for being rude or messing up on my order! I left out of there with no intentions of going there again!!! ! Ps too bad I am obligated to leave a star. I wouldn’t leave them any!

Wrong order and when I asked if they had what I asked for they shrugged me off. Poor customer service.

This particular Wendy’s is awful in every respect. Bad service and undercooked food. Don t have a single good thing to say about it.

I am being generous and giving 3 stars to this fast food place. I generally don’t review fast food joints but I wanted to share a good deal with yall Unilocalers: wendy’s kids meal is $ 2 after 4:00 pm. Dang that’s cheap.
So you get a choice of hamburger, chicken wrap, or 4 nuggets plus fries or fruit cup plus soda or juice AND a toy. When I miss lunch sometimes, I make a wendys run for this kids meal deal (hey that rhymes).
Yes, I order kids meal for myself. Don’t judge me. You don’t know me.

Wendy’s doesn’t deviate much across the country so I won’t be reviewing the food.
First thing I noticed when I walked in was the sticky floor. Yes. Sticky. Floor. Someone’s not mopping. It wasn’t just one area either — it was the whole entire tiled area.
Although the food came out quickly (as it should have, being a fast food restaurant), the lady at the register mumbled with a monotone voice and never made eye contact.
It’s in a convenient place, though!

I like Wendy’s because its not as greasy as most places. But this location needs a make over. It’s the only place in the area open late besides McDonald’s. But it’s very rare that I get treated nicely no matter how friendly I am. They’ve messed up my orders at least over 10 times. If I ask for extra sauce, it seems they purposely give me just 1. If it weren’t for the fact that I work nights and there aren’t many late places to order from, I would never come back.

Have you ever been to Wendy’s? This is that. In Paramus. Food is inexpensive as it should be. Service is prompt and friendly. Go here in a pinch only. This is definitely not destination dining. Obviously. It is Wendy’s.

The worst service ever. I went through the drive through and the guy could barely speak English and take my order. The order was incorrect and the manager refused to correct it. What do you expect? Poor service and poor staff.

This Wendy’s service is fast and organized. They are very well prepared and even offer to bring you your food at your table. If you have a elderly person in your family and would like to take them to a Wendy’s to catch a bite to eat (even tho they should not be eating fast food). I would definitely recommend this Wendy’s to anyone and on Sundays you are in and out faster than you know it. This Wendy’s is handicap accessible and you can push a wheel chair and remove any chairs from one of the tables that are close access to the front of the doors. Just for thought there are no high schools in the area that are in walking distance. So I wouldn’t call this a regular fast food joint that becomes a high school social club when the clock hits 3pm.

Walked in to the longest fast food restaurant I’ve seen in recent memory. Reason? One register! More customers walking out after seeing the line than there were sticking in the line. Bad management written all over this place. Otherwise, the place is nice and clean. Get a new manager and start understanding your customer demand.
The food was OK. Loved the chillie cheeze fries. But the chilli was too watery. They also gave me a burger when I ordered a chicken sandwitch.

The food is no different than the wendy’s nearby. But the service was unacceptable. There was a thin, young, black lady that was at the drive thru takin orders. I asked for a plain chicken sandwich and what does she do? she gives me mayo, lettuce. So when I go in for what I ordered. She said «chicken sandwhich PLAIIIN» with a really disgust tone in her voice. and I’ve asked for a plain cheeseburger from there and they messed it up also, but I had a different lady. I’m not planning on visiting there again

Rated this location for a couple reasons including the fact that this is the closest one to Fair Lawn, NJ.
The up side is that this Wendy’s location is fast and efficient and is always clean.
The negative is the staff is less than professional including watching 5 of them in the dining room after their shift was completed using words with each other that are in appropriate for a family environment.
My suggestion, drive through only.
