As far as ski lodge restaurants go, the experience was pleasant. Not too crowded and easy to find a table. Service was fast and accommodating. The sweet potato fries were very nice kids pack that’s a good value. But if you’re vegetarian your choices are limited.

Best ski resort restaurant ever! Great food, drink and wonderful staff! Can’t wait to get back to Utah and the Canyons!

Love the Sun Lodge. Have skied and eaten there the past 2 years. Casual, fun, easy. My idea of a mountain lunch. Heard all local ingredients this year, as well as a new menu. Opening tomorrow and I will be there around Christmas. Lots of potential here. Lets hope they do it. A past Unilocal-er wrote that the mountain uses the same catering company. In my experience this is not true.

Pretty good place for lunch and much LESS crowded than Red Pine Lodge.

Typical ski resort food. Café style where you take a tray and go to the counter of your chosing. I had the chicken noodle soup in a bread bowl(sub par), husband had the philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries(ok). This lodge is alittle inconvenient to get to — take a lift, ski half way down, take another lift, ski alittle more and your there. But it definitely doesn’t draw the large crowds as some of the other(easy to get to) lodges. :)

One of the restaurants at Canyons ski resort… in terms of the grub, the usual overpriced, mediocre ski resort grub– burgers, sandwiches, salads, et al. If we’re talking just food probably 2 stars– but they get a bonus star since they are located halfway done one of the less busy slopes so on busy days this is a good option for quick grub. And the food isn’t really any better at the other restaurants, the whole resort uses the same catering company…
