Usually I am very happy with Cindys nails, however today I am not! I came in for a pedi, it’s only $ 15 however my water was not filled with any soap :-/and I feel like this guy is breezing through it. Not very satisfied today. I requested soap in my water, nobody understood what I was asking for and we’re not able to meet my needs. Oh, he just put lotion on my wet feet and legs. Again, confused. I usually see Paula for my nails, she’s on vacation, I honestly don’t think that she’s coming back and neither will I.

I took my daughter here for a manicure and pedicure mother’s day weekend. It was busy so they should have had a sign in sheet to keep the order of guests. But the moved rather fast considering the holiday crowd. It was a clean place and they sanitize the tools and pedicure tub between clients. My daughter loved her services and they even gave her few designs on her nails and feet and it wasn’t an extra charge. We will definitely go back!

Bad experience turned good. I found this place via a friend. I was greeted the place was empty and clean which was a plus. I got a pedicure which was nice. I ended up getting a full set and hated it. The lady that did my nails must have been new because they were big and lumpy. I didn’t have time to get them fixed so I just left. Went back a week later to get them fixed because I was tired of looking at them. I explained to Cindy my issue and she did not mind helping. I went to a guy(Jason) he assured me that he would do my nails better. He did but they were still not filed properly and were kind of fat in shape they were just plain ugly. I went to Cindy and she said lets just soak them off. Great idea. I went through the soak off process which was killer long but I did not mind. I was supposed to get my do over done by Paula but she was busy so I went to this guy Eric. I was so nervous but the outcome was great. I love my nails and I even got my eyebrows arched for free by Cindy. Which turned out nice. Im very picky about my nails feet eyebrows ect I’m happy I will return.

My usual manicure place was closed today(Sunday) and it was imperative that I looked like a member of the human family for work tomorrow. I found this place and am SO happy I did. After I phoned to confirm the hours, I drove about 7 minutes to the former Park Forest Plaza. It was not well-marked, being at the back of one of the entry roads. BUT the proprietors could not have been more friendly and welcoming AND the service and prices are good. Normally I have a gel mani with a pedi, and the special is just $ 35 for the two! I was talked into a sea salt scrub for my legs, and it was $ 5. I also noticed another woman was having eyelashes applied; I inquired as to how long they last and the technician told me 2 weeks. The woman herself told me they last her for three. For $ 20 that may be a staple of my on-the-road-forever lifestyle. On note: the TV was tuned to a Chinese station(I believe) with some interesting music that was captioned in English. I became so engrossed in the poetry and images I fell comfortably asleep as my feet were being prettified. Cool. I am changing and making this my go-to.

Went in for the first time for a fill. Everyone was pleasant and the place was very clean. The issue was the service I received. The technician that did my nails was a little rough. Filed my nails so deeply that the old gel line looked bruised and red even after the job was done. I asked her to be careful with the skin under my nails but she did not listen until after she cut me. I left with sore fingers and two were bleeding. I will not be going back.

My mom and I came in for pedicures. They are clean, they use gloves and bleach to clean. The nail selection could be better. They had a off brand called Verity no Opi, Zoya or SpaRitual but they were very nice and they had free parking very close. All the technicians seem experienced too.

Just went there for a gel fill and got my eyebrows done while I was at it. So professional, clean, bright and perfect! Relaxing nail salon — it felt like my nails were being licked on by kittens, it was so gentle! CQ’s Nails is lying to customers and telling them that Cindy is «on vacation» — ha! She opened her own, better salon just two minutes away, across Orchard Drive! Don’t go to CQ’s Nails, anymore! They’re unprofessional, dirty, and rude! Want a pleasant, clean salon for a mani, pedi or waxing? Come to Cindy’s Nails! You won’t regret the switch! I’m telling all of my friends and my mom to come here from now on! Next time I have my nails done with rhinestones and designs, I will post a picture — I left today without polish because I had Christmas nail strips to put on at home. Go try Cindy’s — you will not regret it!
