Just went to try the new croissant/​donut. Thumbs down! It’s nothing more than a dense yeast donut glazed for flavor. Whole Foods got it right when they did it for a short time. Sook in Ridgewood made them too hard before abandoning their efforts. DD try has a tendency to split in the middle after cutting in half. So? Don’t bother.

best team of dunkin donuts employees ever. i bring my young kids every other saturday. they remember you. they know what you want and give it to you the way you want it. very organized, clean, and professional. they all pay attention to what is going on around them. unlike other locations that i have been to. keep up the good work.!!

So they got rid of the Dunkin Donuts two minutes away from me in Township, and on days off I have to go up here to Park Ridge… not a bad trade off. This one is friendly, on top of things, but does have some problems heating up food. You don’t find that out though until you get in your car, drive away and reach in to find cold hash browns. It is getting a bit better though each time I get there, and I hope they’ll nail it relatively soon.

Unequivocally, this is the best Dunkin Donuts in the northern valley. Yes, parking is a pain, but the trade-​off is fast, efficient service. I have consistently had my order filled without any mistakes.

this dunkin’ donuts is just okay. i stop here maybe once a week if that.
the parking lot is always jammed with soccer moms. there is extra parking around back. there is always a line of cranky people waiting for their coffee. there’s one guy that seems to be the manager, who looks like he’s on speed. i always feel rushed. the employees seem to recognize (and treat better) the regulars.
i’d much rather go a little more out of the way to find a friendlier location.
