What you’ll find here is a typical rest stop Starbucks. The staff are friendly and do try, but they seem inexperienced. I can also sympathize as they have a ton of travelers of different temperaments likely passing through. However, if you’re used to a zippy Starbucks experience, especially if you have more of a specialized drink, you’re not likely to always get that here. But for the more simple items — drip coffee, iced coffee, etc — you’ll be a-ok.

Horrible customer service on 6÷1÷15. The barista refused to make us a pot of decaf coffee, stating that their not brewing decaf today. We travel the garden state several times a month & we will not be back!

Stopped in today for my usual dark roast with classic syrup and steamed half and half. Well I got half coffee and half cream. Obviously something got lost in translation. The barrister attempted to fix it, but to no avail. I will drink it, I have drank worse. It will assist in my arriving at my destination. #STARBUCKS #NOTHAPPY #BADBARRISTER

The baristas were friendly, the Venti Chai Tea Latte tasted great, but it costed more than $ 5(at this rest stop).

Impressive customer service, particularly considering the«service plaza» location. Admittedly, I’m somewhat of a «regular» here(as this Starbucks is directly en route to one of my clients), but I still leave with a smile(and slightly amazed) every time, now that my iced coffee is ready and on the counter most of the time before I even make it to the register to pay, regardless of how long the line is. Net, net: kudos to the morning staff!

Pit stop during our Christmas Day travels. Happy to find an open coffee spot and have a newly brewed cup instead of burnt old swill from other tired locations. Three people working behind the counter, one as cashier, the other as barista and a third as manager, the line busy with other travelers seeking caffination. Ordered a pastry to go with the coffee and a tin of mints, the cashier handed me the mints after she rang them up. I placed them in my bag and went down the line to pick up the rest of the order. Got the coffee and asked for the pastry which the coffee gal said was down by the register, calling over to the manager who picked up the bag and held it aloft so I could see, and then shook it. I can only surmise that she wanted me to run back, make my way through the waiting throng to the register and collect it. I smiled back from the other end of the line and held my hand out until they walked it back to hand over. Isn’t handing the bag with items purchases to the customer part of customer service 101? At least the coffee was fresh.

well not a successful GSP stop at Starbucks… 4 people behind counter but orders getting messed up and waited for order forever and it was not worth the wait. Starbucks priced but quality was lacking… chai tea latte was weak watered down tea! Should have brought it back but we were on the road…
