This is about as bad as it gets. Dirty, no napkins, weak service. Come on Starbucks. Don’t do this to your brand

The place is a mess and the Starbucks manager doesn’t know how to manage. The staff itself have kind people. The younger staff are especially considerate. However, there are some terrible older staff members. There are colonies of flies living in the pastry case. The espresso machine is never calibrated correctly. The decaf coffee especially always pours short. The café is decent sized and has comfy couches. However, the free WiFi only works part of the time. It likes to cut out. It’s alright for the business people who work nearby and want a caffeine fix. But if you’re just going to enjoy, make the extra trip to a real coffee shop. Or even just another Starbucks. The ones in Westwood and Nanuet(not the nanuet mall) ate lovely. Also, this A&P is one of the most expensive grocery stores in the area. If you really want to enjoy an expensive latte while spending that much on produce, you’d probably want one that the espresso shots were pulled correctly for.

Had an hour and a half to kill in the area between appointments. Went to Panera in Tice’s Corner initially, but they limit your wifi to 30 minutes at peak hours. Saw the Starbucks at A&P on Unilocal and decided to try it out. When you park there’s no obvious indication that there is a Starbucks inside but sure enough it’s there! Decent sized seating area with comfy chairs… and wifi is not limited like at Panera! Looks like an awesome A&P too.

Waited 15 minutes for a regular cup of coffee. Don’t mind paying Starbucks prices but only 2 people behind the counter at 8:45AM is pretty ridiculous.
