If I could I wouldn’t give this place one star. This isn’t a «real» dunkin donuts. They don’t take the mobile app and they don’t do the promotions. They are extremely rude too. I told them no I don’t want to make an order and yet they kept pushing it on. The lady at the register had such an attitude, horrible customer service. Never again! I’m going to the Starbucks across the food court.

This is a really bad dunkin — I’ve been here three times now and every time the crew of five has had trouble fulfilling orders like«large coffee» and«number three».

I got the worst service that I’ve had in a long time. My husband and I stopped in last weekend to pick up a snack and gift card. The line was so long and slow that I was able to go to Starbucks across the way(in the same building) to get myself a coffee and by the time I got back to the line, my husband had only moved 4 feet. And let me just add that Starbucks hadn’t been an especially short trip because of the number of people in line. The worst part is that the employee behind the register was incredibly confused by my request to purchase a gift card. He tried to tell me at first that we couldn’t use a gift card to pay and then reload it and we had to painstakingly explain that that was not our intention. Granted English did not seem to be his native language, but he spoke it well so I don’t believe that this was much of a barrier. After about 5 minutes or so we did finally walk out with the gift card. The only reason that I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because they got my husband’s corn muffin on the first try and my yogurt was rung up successfully. Needless to say, I will not return to this location no matter how desperate I am!

Very slow service on 6.1.15, the line was decently short but didn’t move fast at all. Over 10 minutes for one cup of coffee not acceptable!

We always enjoy stopping at Dunkin’ Donuts at Montvale for a medium coffee and doughnuts. The glazed doughnuts had extra glaze on them and resembled those from Krispy Kreme’s. I was disappointed that they were sold out of Strawberry Frosted with Sprinkles but Vanilla Frosted with Sprinkles was a great substitute.

It’s a dunkin and my expectations aren’t high, but the service is so slow from taking the order to making everything. I don’t understand. I’ve just been to another one two hours before this and this was the opposite experience! And why don’t they accept mobile payment, gift cards, or any coupons! Price is a dollar more expensive for many things too! No receipts? I thought that was the most basic thing. I guess they don’t want customers filling out a survey for their service. Usually on bottom of reciept there’s the free donut with medium/large beverage purchase if you do survey. Disappointed

It’s a Dunkin Donuts at a rest stop, so it’s smaller and more overworked than the typical DD. Nonetheless, they still had everything in stock I wanted and got it to me in a reasonable amount of time.

Enroute homewards from our Christmas Day expedition, we stopped here to grab coffee and a snack, having earlier partaken of the same stop Starbucks experience which we chose not to repeat. Service to ring up was a little slow despite the short line. Coffee was quickly served, fresh and it was a nice surprise to find a few different juice and sandwich options available aside from the usual DD fare.

Coffee is great. Service and food prep stink. I just started a new job and decided to stop here on my way to work. The few times I’ve stopped here for coffee and a breakfast sandwich were disappointing. The workers are always very chatty with each other and slow. This morning when I ordered a Big and Toasted on flat bread, even though the woman at the register got me my coffee and I paid without incident, the gentleman who was working the food prep area was clueless. He wasn’t using the order processing system to make the orders in the order they were placed(the receipts from the printer were just piling up. There were several people waiting for sandwiches who also looked disappointed. He finally asked me what I ordered, I said«Big and Toasted on flat bread.»: Seconds later he grabbed the Texas toast and was preparing to toast them. I quickly corrected him. When the toasted flat bread was ready, he put on one egg, bacon and cheese. I quickly reminded him that«BIG and Toasted» had two eggs on it. He almost started to argue with me and put the 2nd egg on(from the warmer) and gave me my sandwich. Clueless and disheveled is an understatement. I don’t think I’ll stop here again. I’ll go 10 minutes out of my way closer to my house and get my coffee and sandwich.
