I have tried numerous times to like this location. But these people need to up their game. There are flies on my face while I was ordering and it’s impossible to talk to some of the employees. There are good employees also working at this location, but some are difficult to talk to due to language barriers or attitude problems. If you ask them for something small, they just look at you or try to stare you down. It seems like they are forgetting that they are dealing with a customer for some reason. On top of all this, this is Pearl River. So expect racism if you are of a different color. It’s always subtle so you might not detect it at first, you know the Irish are excellent at subtle racism. But I will give the food a 2.5÷5. p.s: The most interesting fact is that this is a BUSY location. So if they UP their game, they can get more customers and more customers = More Sales and More sales = more bonuses /promotions /pay raise etc. I mean this is a HOT location for business.

It was impossible to find a clean table, the floor was filthy, the trash nearly overflowing. The worst part was that we were the only customers in the store. It did help me stay on my diet… I just couldn’t order a donut.

Had coffee from here twice in the last week, and both times it was incredibly stale and burned beyond all recognition. Both were in the top three worst coffees I’ve ever had(the third being from Max Brenner in Boston). The first time, I choked it down. Today it was absolutely undrinkable. No amount of sugar or half and half could dilute that taste of burnt peas mixed with urine. The whole thing went down the drain. Truly an embarrassment to the DD brand. Other than the coffee, the location is ok(in a run-down strip mall but easy to get to) and there’s never much of a line. They always seem to have a good selection of donuts and other food, though I haven’t tried any of that. I’m really not too demanding about my coffee, but it’s the only thing I want from Dunkin’ and if you can’t do that, then I have no use for you.
