I’ve shopped Kiwi for the wife for years. And for years she’s fallen in love with the goods, store, and staff. I always joked that I wish there were a Kiwi for men’s clothing. Hell, I’d be happy to have ANY kind of men’s clothing store in Park Slope. When I found out the owner of Kiwi was opening. Men’s shop right next store, I was ecstatic! I’ll start off with the store itself. It’s classy, it’s chic, it’s comfortable, and it feels… familiar. Often times, men’s stores can feel intimidating or soulless. fig. is comfortable. It’s comfortable. It lets me shop for the items I’m looking for and let’s me relax to explore things I wouldn’t normally shop for. The goods and selection are vast. I found that almost every item I picked up to me either letting out a happy chuckle or wondering: «how do I not have this yet?» Lastly, the staff’s great. They’re welcoming and attentive. They’re not all over you but they’re there if you have questions or suggestions! I’m a huge fan of fig. I bought a dope Woolrich parka that I’m sure can survive any NYC winter. I love the accessories. The hats. The shirts. God damn it. I want to turn fig. into my closet. I love everything.
