After an unfortunate incident with a garment and some poor customer service, V went to the trouble to do the following: reach out to me individually, inquire more about the issue, talk to the designer, get me a new garment directly from the designer, and exchange it for me. While the service of the other employee was less than stellar, V’s attention to me as a customer was first rate. I upgraded my review to reflect this.

Great store! The store is very nicely laid out and well merchandised. I love the displays and props used. The girl that works there is very nice and helpful. I found myself wanting to buy everything but I had to resist. The jewelry is very unique and beautiful, the cashmere scarves are beautifully dyed, the clothing has beautiful lines. I’m excited about this store and will be back soon to buy more!
