Dunkin’ Donuts

Been going to this location for years, sometimes twice a day. The main reason? It’s as close and convenient as it gets. Sadly, the issues with the manager and the staff continue to pile up, and with other DDs (multiple ones) in the area, it’s just not worth going here anymore. From the manager using my perk receipt to give someone else my free beverage behind my back, to the staff reaching across my face to clean a window or a table, to broom handles bumping into me because they can’t wait until I’m gone to clean, to receiving the incorrect change, to orders being screwed up, to the one front door that is always locked despite guests slamming needlessly into it… this place, and most importantly, the service, is an absolute disaster. What’s more? The few times I’ve addressed it hasn’t changed a thing. There are way too many other places to go (for food, for coffee, for anything) to suffer bad service and people who don’t care about their customers.

Decent location, but the elder lady is super rude every time I come here. Something as small as ordering a sandwich without cheese is always a problem. And don’t ask to add anything as simple as bacon to anything; she creates an unnecessary scene at the register. She’s always chuckling under her breath and gets annoyed when I say excuse me or ask her to repeat herself.

WORST DUNKIN DONUTS EVER. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY.
Where to begin… Arrived on a really slow Saturday morning and there were 3 employees with heavy accents trying to communicate with us. I had an order of roughly 4 coffees and 6 muffins/​bagels and it did not go well.
First, they insist on grabbing your item as soon as you say in rather than getting your order right. So I said one small black coffee and they immediately got it (which is admirable but they didn’t necessarily get the entire order right).
Second, they can’t even explain to you what items are on the receipt you ordered. I was confused as to why it said 1.75 PLAIN for almost $ 2 after we ordered a plain bagel, and it turned out it was the cream cheese but they couldn’t even tell you it. Then, they argue behind the counter that you need to present all the items together (even if you have a long list).
The employees are hostile and don’t think of how the customer might have a long order because it’s complicated.
I would strongly avoid this place at all cost.

Was supposed to be a quick stop for drinks and bathroom break but took a lot longer than needed. Refused to honor coupon code from phone app.

This DD is located right by the Sheraton in Parsippany — off of both 287 and 80. It’s located in a nice little strip mall right by a bunch of corporate office buildings. It’s a newer DD — probably less than about 10 years old.
It’s not a huge DD but they do have a few tables to sit at. Here’s my thing — I absolutely love DD coffee and iced coffee. In my opinion, it’s absolutely the best you can get anywhere. I pretty much judge my DD’s based on how they keep the line moving. This particular DD did not do a good job of keeping the line moving. It was actually quite confusing — you had some people taking orders but then not making coffee. They could have been more efficient.

They are always nice at this Dunkin Donuts. English is not all of their first language but they understand just fine. They have never screwed up my order. They are very nice people I’m this DD.
