Overall I enjoyed the dinner. I called to find out how busy it was they told me about 35 – 40 minutes. They were cool about putting a name on the list when I called so it made wait little shorter. We had Surf and Turf, Parmesan Chicken and Outlaw Ribeye. We started off with corn critters. And they gave us nice warm bread. All the dishes came with salad. All the food were cooked well, tasted great and we had no complains. I being here couple times in last 2 decades, they have not changed much and I still love this place. If you are looking for good place to have good steak I recommend here over Outback.

Definitely a solid place and somewhere I enjoy visiting often. It’s always busy, so I find a great tip is to call and ask to be put on the list now, so when you arrive you will wait 10 – 15 mins. vs 20 – 30 mins. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and always enjoy the staff and service. There are some inconsistencies in the quality of the food… I’ve had amazing, well-cooked steaks and a few over cooked, flavorless ones as well. If you’re in the mood for a decent steak and a variety of drinks with a casual dining vibe, Longhorn is for you. Why I’m giving it 3 stars is based on a recent experience that happened this evening. I went with my boyfriend and best friend and ordered our steaks at about 6:45pm. Our waiter was such a sweet guy and definitely was waiting on quite a few tables, though he handled the stress well. At maybe 7:15, we are told my friend’s entrée(12 oz prime rib) was not available and the kitchen’s run out. Huh?! 7pm on a Sunday and you’ve run out of all four sizes of the most popular cuts of meat? Not only were we frustrated that we were told almost a half hour after initially ordering, but also were just offended after asking to have her new order be the same price as the prime rib 12 oz. and being told no. The new steak was a 10 oz. T-Bone and was a full $ 10 more than the prime rib. There was no other 12 oz. on the menu that wasn’t around $ 30 and we were really surprised they would not accommodate us. Just comping the ten dollar difference would have made up for the long wait and unprofessional lack of product. We never even got a sorry from the manager directly! Just the message that no we cannot give you that price through the waiter… really in poor taste. Probably will start to look for another similar restaurant to bring friends to, as this was pretty embarrassing!

I have to preface this by stating that I don’t do chain restaurants. I cringe when I see someone actually take the time to review one on Unilocal. But, this place is fairly consistent with its delivery of big tasty lemonades/margaritas, hot fresh bread and crispy steak and smothered ribs. These aren’t Austin or Kansas City ribs, but they hit the spot when you’re stuck in the tri-State. I had one terrible experience here a year ago, and the clientele can be pretty loud and annoying at times. Still, I’ve had some satisfying meals here in the past year. Solid 3 Stars.

Love this place, specifically this Longhorn. Always get seated quickly even if they are busy. The staff is always very patient and friendly. They are sure to attend to your every needs. The food always comes out hot and fresh, and exactly to order. I would suggest the red rock grilled shrimp, this is the best item on the menu in my opinion. It’s healthy(under 500 calories) yet filling and fairly affordable. I have been a costumer here for many years and will surely be coming back. Never disappoints!

For a casual quick bite this is a great place it’s not too expensive and steaks are cooked the way you want meaning if I say med well it’s actually med well and not well done. Steaks are flavorful and tender where you can slice through without effort. Stuffed mushrooms were a little on the salty side because of all the cheese, it felt like you needed bread to balance out the salt and grease. The asparagus side was a little chewy and stringy, came in November maybe asparagus not in season? Mash potatoes were good. overall a good experience, service is usually pretty good I’ve only had one off experience a few years back when i left my credit card there and when i went back to pick it up the hostess was a little short with me but since then everything has been fine.

Great ribeyes, great service by Aaron our waiter and all of the staff, great prices, great décor. Would have given 5 stars but appetizers were not great, good just not great hence the 4 stars.

I’ve been here many times, and never been skunked. If you’re looking for a great steak, and not getting killed on the price, this is the place to go. It has Outback beat, easily. The French Onion soup is the best I’ve ever had, and the portions for appies and dinners are good sized. Service is always good, but only four stars because the silverware is almost always dirty. Can’t understand that one. Other than that — we really like this place.

I was here last night with a couple people and it was great. Our waitress Courtney was great and attentive. The service was quick as usual. I wanna come back to even eat another one of there specials. I am glad the blue ridge wedge salad is back as well as some others. Oh and even the hostess was delightful.

Went to LongHorn for the first time and I loved it. Honestly, my favorite part of my meal was the complimentary bread they give you. It’s so warm & soft with butter on the side! As for my actual meal, I ordered a Ribeye steak — well done with a side of jasmine rice and broccoli and it was so good. Overall, the service was great and the food was delicious.

Ordered my steak medium well and it came out medium rare! The manager didn’t do anything about it. Our waitress was great though. She was fast and took good care of us. The rest of the food was good.

Great service! Food was amazing, and it was served fast. Ribeye was some of the best I’ve had in a while. Our server Petra was attentive, very friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommend this place.

Came for my Wild West Shrimp and trying the spicy chicken bites as well. They do a great job on the shrimp. I liked the sauce. A spicy sweet sauce. Really good I’ve had three different waitresses and all three been very attentive and fun. Will return I am most sure.

1st time here. The place is in a great location and easy to find. The food came out pretty fast and the white peach tea was light and refreshing. I loved the bread and butter. They have great lunch specials and the only thing i wish was different was the waitress. Once we got our food, we never saw her again. Smh I highly recommend the cheddar bacon burger.

This place is really good steak for a good price. It may not be as tender as a steak you can get for $ 50 but this for around $ 15 – 20 you’ll get the next best thing. I’ve been here a couple of times and it’s really busy is the evening but this time for lunch, it was empty and they had good lunch specials. I ordered the 6 oz steak and upgraded for the fire grilled corn. The steak was really tender and moist and I’m glad I went for the corn since its unlike any I’ve ever had, with Parmesan and butter on it. We also went for the chocolate stampede dessert. This is one hell of a dessert! Six types of chocolate two slices of cake and ice cream but for two people it was even too much. Cake was rich and ice cram was creamy so if you have room go for it. Had to deduct a point for service although we’ve had fine service before. The waitress brought over one drink, giggled upon realizing she forgot one drink, charged for a bowl of soup instead of a cup, and forgot to bring back our card after we paid. But this is definteiyl s good location and a good steak.

It is hard for me to even believe this place is a chain restaurant. The food is really great, the service is timely and every single waiter/waitress we had was super nice and knowledgable. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area.

Never have I ever… been to a Longhorn Steakhouse. For some reason despite driving by it all the time I never even considered going there for dinner, I always assumed it would be just like a Charlie Browns or an Outback Steakhouse and figured I wasn’t missing anything. Well last night Longhorn and I put aside our difference and what a pleasant surprise it was. Keep in mind Longhorn is part of the Darden Restaurant Family which is also comprised of Olive Garden, Bahama Breeze, Season 52, Eddie V’s(Predominantly in TX), and Yard House(NY /MA). Luckily I was part of a large group and was able to sample a good portion of their menu. For appetizers we had Wild West Shrimp, Crab and Artichoke Dip, Sweet Corn Fritters, and Spicy Chicken Bites. For our second course I went with a house salad which was a nice way to transition into the 8oz Flo’s Filet that was on deck. The server told us it would be tender but I can’t believe how tender and perfectly executed the meat was cooked, it was probably better than some upscale steakhouses we have in Morristown. Dessert wouldn’t disappointed as we all tried the Keylime Pie, Blueberry Lemon Butter Cake, and a Chocolate Stampede. Typically you won’t find me eating a Keylime and Lemon cake but both of these were well done without overpowering you with tangy fruit flavors. As for the Chocolcate Stampede that thing is an absolute bull, I loved it. After such a feast I think a long jog is next on the menu, well done Longhorn Parsippany and Kudos to Darden for bringing their A game.

All around great chain steak restaurant. Only complaint is the waiting area. Needs to be much bigger to accommodate crowds of people waiting 45 – 60 min. Typical on a weekend.

I had extremely low expectations coming to this restaurant. My husband has been telling me how good the cowboy ribeye is. I’m not a fan of chain restaurants, but I decided to give it a try. I thought the cowboy ribeye would have been too big for me so I just ordered the ribeye, which was 11 ounces. When I bit into that steak, it was heaven. It was cooked perfectly like I asked, medium rare. It was so juicy and seasoned just right. Just as good as any steak in the higher end steakhouses for the fraction of the price. The stuffed baked potatoe was delicious as well. The mixed salad on the other hand could have been better. It had too much dressing on it and it was preassembled and stored in the refridgerator with the plate which made it ice cold. I told our waitress I was allergic to barley flour and the manager came by and made sure he gave us some additional bread for the table which wS barley free. A vert nice touch to actually take the time out and get a different bread for me which didn’t contain barley flour. We will be back when we are in the mood for steak again

Pretty good. Had a steak one night and fish the other. Could have used a little more seasoning all around. A nice place to have a bite and a drink if you’re visiting and staying at one of the nearby hotels. Friendly staff all around.

I always enjoy my experiences at this establishment. I stay in hotels in this area all the time and this is my «go to» place to eat. The steak is always cooked perfect and I like their menu. The only downfall is their alcohol prices. A chain could probably afford to lower draft prices a little to compete with the little guys. Regard less, I eat there all the time when I’m on the road. Keep up the good work
