Aerosoles is located at the Paseo Mall, next to the now closed Bath & Body Works. I took my mom here last Sunday to return a pair of shoes she got through the mail and was looking for another pair of shoes for work. This Aerosoles store is smaller than other locations that I have been to. When we entered, we were acknowledged by one employee. As my mom browsed through the store, she asked the employee if she could find her a few of these shoes in a size 5– 5.5(with such small feet, it is a challenge for her to find shoes in her size). The employee who helped my mom was found a few shoes out that had her size and was patient with my mom as she tried them on. In the end, my mom ended up deciding to buy 2 pairs of shoes. So this employee processed my mom’s return and rang up the 2 shoes she wanted to buy. From a previous Unilocal review(thanks for the tip my fellow Unilocalers), I found out that teachers get a discount(10% discount for teachers on non sales items that are priced $ 39.99 or higher). So I asked this employee about that but she wasn’t quite clear about it. And so I asked her a few questions about it to clarify. She seemed a little annoyed that I was asking her(which she shouldn’t and should understand that everyone wants to save money), which made me reduce 1 star from my overall rating. Unfortunately Aerosoles does not validate parking. But this employee told me to walk over to the Q store and validate my parking ticket there. She told me that the self validation machine is at the register and they don’t care if I do not buy anything there. And true to her word, I walked over to Q(2 – 3 stores down) and self validated my parking ticket(1st90 minutes free with validation if you park in the underground parking lot).

They are currently having a 20% sale. I went there on a Sunday afternoon. The employees were extremely helpful, but they did not have the size of the styles I want. The boots I were looking at had such a comfy bottom – too bad they were a shorter length than I wanted.

i love the new designs and styles that Aerosoles has developed in recent years. With a middle-age bunion, i have had to give up the trendy pointy-toed shoes of my youth and was dreading the transition to «old-lady» shoes! i get complimented daily when i wear my new Aerosoles… they are stylish AND comfortable! i even bought one particularly favorite style in both colors! 4 stars instead of 5 because the initial price offerings are steep and consistently within a few weeks, the price is marked down as a «sale.» Wonder why they don’t just offer the lower price to begin with since most of us wait for the«sale»? Great designs!

The wifey loves this place and she gets a 10% discount because she’s a teacher, so I like it as well. If they’d bump the discount up to 30% then they’d get 5 stars. The place has really nice staff that are always patient with the high maintenance women of Pasadena(of which the wifey is not a member).

Ask me a few years ago and I never, ever thought I’d be a an Aerosoles shopper. I was the kind of girl that sacrificed comfort for cute shoes. So what if I have to hobble back to the car or ask for a piggyback ride from a friend after leaving the club — my feet looked damn cute a few hours prior! Fast forward to 2013 — I was walking around in Macy’s and spotted some cute wedges. What, Aerosoles??! $ 75?!? I head home and learn to find out that they’re on clearance at the Aerosoles store so bam, here I ended up at Aerosoles Pasadena. Helpful service, 10% off for teachers(just gotta show your ID), decent selection even if they didn’t have the clearance shoes I saw online and wanted to check out in person. Sadly, they don’t validate but stop by at Gelson’s and grab a quick munchie(or be scandalous and use their self-validating machine in front of the register after the pharmacy).

This is a review for the aerosoles shoe brand customer service department after having to call on 5 separate occasions just to order a pair of shoes and to resolve various issues caused by the order throughout a 6week process. Had the shoes not been a gift for my grandmother, I would not have endured the headache. Multiple inquiries later the order is finally confirmed to only shortly later receive two shipping confirmations, one to the shipping address and one to the billing address and a lack of concern for my frustration or disappointment when i called, again, to resolve. Having experienced superior customer service from shoe stores such as zappos, dsw and Aldo. Needless to say, I will not be shopping for aerosoles again.

I am a big fan of Aerosole shoes. A lot of people my age think these shoes are for old folks but you’d be surprised at what type of shoes you will find at this joint. The most important factor is that their shoes are COMFORTABLE. I don’t know what materials they use but their shoes are pretty comfortable throughout the entire day. Their styles have been evolving over the years and it’s becoming more cuter yet professional and of course comfortable. I tend to buy most of my work shoes from here. I don’t mind spending $ 50-$ 80 as long as the shoe is comfortable. Especially for when your at work and on your feet all day. I have gotten a lot of compliments on my shoes that I have bought from Aerosoles! I try and look for their cute styles that don’t look too«old». This place is cheaper than Clark’s shoes and it’s actually cuter too! Oh and if they do not have your size, they will ship you the correct size of shoes for free to your home! I was out of state and they shippped them to my house and it was awesome. It saved room in my luggage!

I’m a fan of these shoes because I’m on my feet walking around so much, these offer comfort with some style. The rubber soled bottoms are really comfortable. My friends tease me because they think this is a grandma-style shoe store — although they’ve never come in. Shoes are always on sale here and if shoes are $ 39.99 or higher, teachers get and extra 15% off!

It saddens me deeply to share with you the fact that I can no longer wear four-inch fuck-me heels the way I could when I was in my twenties. My feet one day just gave up, and said, «Bitch, STOP! Give us some support and quit making us arch up like we’re doing crazy foot bone yoga!» Now, I look lustfully at the sexy shoes the other girls wear, but I treat my tootsies with the respect they deserve. This means I shop at Aerosoles and Naturalizer, and maybe Nine West, for heels — these places don’t have Charles David or Franco Sarto style, but if I’m discerning, I can find something adorable AND comfortable. My most recent trip to Aerosoles was Saturday night, as I was hoping to get a new pair of black heels to go out dancing. You can truly never have enough pairs of black shoes.(I only have four pairs of open-toed black heels for summer right now, which makes me a little panicky.) I tried on a peep toe with not quite enough peep for me; a pair of heels that were a bit too high, and then one that was too low; and then the salesgirl showed me THEPERFECTPAIR. Trap Hands, $ 79 — black matte leather twisted softly over the toe, a suede-wrapped footbed, and skinny wooden heel. I put them on and they looked so good, I wanted to lick my own toes. Plus, as a bonus, super-soft and perfectly sized! As I was checking out, I noticed a little sign that read: «Free Shoes, Ask Me How.» Well, how could I ignore that? The sweet salesgirl, whose name I would remember if I hadn’t had that final shot of Jagermeister at the club, told me that if I hosted a shoe party, I could earn free shoes. She didn’t even finish her sentence, because I fell to the floor moaning in ecstasy when she said«shoe party.» Were there ever two words that belonged together more? Could it get any better than«shoe party?» I didn’t think so, until she said I could incorporate alcohol if my friends like to drink.* It’s probably criminal to have multiple orgasms in a shoe store, but it was her fault for using that kind of language! * «if my friends like to drink» — HAHAHAHAHAHA! Anyhow, for those girls who know me: if you like shoes that are cute and comfy, and you wanna get your drink and your shopping on, keep an eye out for an invite from me this summer to the First Annual Booze & Shoes. Oh, yeah, it’s ON!
