Milkshake was pretty good and I like the double drive through line. Find the sandwiches to be very bready.

I love Chick-fil-A! My friend JC introduced me to them last year and I fell in love instantly. I cannot believe it took me so long to try them when they have a location here in Pasadena! I think the problem is that they are closed on Sundays… because for some unknown reason I always crave them on Sundays :(Please Chick-fil-A, open on Sundays!!! Their Chicken Deluxe Sandwich is great! The description reads: A boneless breast of chicken seasoned to perfection, hand-breaded, pressure cooked in 100% refined peanut oil and served on a toasted, buttered bun with dill pickle chips, Green Leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese. This sandwich boggles my mind because the chicken is cooked in peanut oil, which means I should really end up in the hospital after eating it since I have a peanut allergy. But my doctor said I can have trace amounts and for some unknown reason my allergy isn’t triggered by this chicken. Very odd but I am so glad because I really like this sandwich, especially when combined with their Chick-fil-A Sauce! The sauce is really the magical ingredient to bump this sandwich from good to great! I also love the Waffle Potato Fries here – these are also great with the original Chick-fil-A sauce, although sometimes I like to switch it up and get it with the Polynesian Sauce which is pretty good. Really, any sauce would be good with these because they are waffle-shaped potatoes that have been fried and you cannot go wrong with that. Whether you use the drive-thru(two lanes for ordering that merge into one lane for pickup/payment) or park in their large parking lot to dine-in or pick-up, a good meal is always to be had here! Unless it is Sunday… and then only sadness is here.

Had a wonderful experience at the Chick-Fil-A in Pasadena. Ordering was easy and the lady at the counter was very polite and patient. The food was delicious and the milkshake was incredible. Definitely coming again!

Review for the drive though. Workers are friendly &a quick through the drive through even though it was long! First stop make your order and pay, a worker takes your order. Second stop you get your receipt and confirm what you ordered. Third and last window is food pick up. Quick at each stop. Ordered waffle fries, frosted lemonade(tastes just like lemon vanilla shortbread cookies!) and the 4 piece chicken strips. Waffle fries were crispy, some pieces were more saltier than others. My only complaint is that the chicken strips seem smaller than the other chik fil a’s that I’ve been to and they weren’t as crispy! Besides that everything else was great!

Adaobi, I know this is a strange thank you note. Halfway through I decided to also double it as a Unilocal review so our community can appreciate what a great place we have here and the good work your team and you accomplish together. Thank you truly. You have done a beautiful job with your store. Arnie and the lady who answered the phone, Odalis, and your whole crew and store are just wonderful. They went above and beyond with their service and kindness. They anticipated and met our needs– offering special kids mats and treated them like the great little people children are. They attended immediately to our spill even before we had to ask anyone, with the floor manager himself mopping it up with nothing but kindness. The kitchen tour(first monday of every mont) was such a treat with a free cone and little stuffed animal(cow of course though my toddler called it a puppy ;)). Everyone in the kitchen was cool and the food is prepared so fresh– biscuit dough mixed on the spot!(No wonder they were the most perfect biscuits Ive had besides maybe my grammy’s). And the produce was fresh and the chicken was obviously delicious and beautiful. I wanted to hug the whole staff. Thank you!!! I will be visiting this colorado st location and play place and drive thru often.

Love the food and love the service. I had a horribly long drive in the hot weather and I was offered a free cold drink on the house and that was all I needed that saved my day from being unbearable. Thank you

This was the first time I have eaten inside Chick-fil-A in Old Pasadena. I love the location because it is right across the street from the beautiful Pasadena City College. This place seemed to be on point. They had workers approach the customers as they were eating to ask if they needed refills on their drinks and/or if they wanted their trash to be thrown away. The only complaint that I have is the fact that they forgot our food! It appeared that they were very attentive to the other customers as we sat and waited over 15 minutes for our food. They provided us with a complimentary cookies and cream milkshake. I would not have minded, however, we were in a rush to make it to our movie. I ate that food so fast!

Can’t really say anything bad about chickfila. Always hits the spot… and that’s usually with a spicy chicken sandwich with extra pickles for me :). One of the cleaner restaurants tho, real talk. Staff is super friendly and out of the bajillion times I’ve been here, ive always had someone who works here check up on me and make sure I’m doing well and my drink is topped off. Just solidifies my love for this chain.

Bummer!!! We went tonight and were so disappointed not only in service, but also food. First off service, we rolled up to the drive thru and the girl taking the order didn’t seem to know what she was doing because she was taking a long time for each car’s orders. When we pulled up She took her time chatting and laughing with someone on her headset. A few minutes later she finally took our order. Then she kept bumbling our order and got the wrong dressing. Next was our food. I usually don’t order anything but my usual but wanted to try the wrap because it looked pretty good. I was so wrong. I paid and ordered extra dressings and they were ALL gross. The wrap itself tasted like it had been sitting in a fridge for a week! The fries were super soggy and cold. Not going there again.

Workers are pleasant, good is great. The salad I had was awesome even for a sit down place it would be awesome. They were so helpful and nice. Total table side service and friendly like they cared. Unlike other places that cattle herd you through.

I love the customer service here. I’m not accustomed to it –living in Pasadena and all– It’s always clean-ish and the service is consistent with the others I’ve been to. I always get the number one with what I call«chicka» sauce. Can’t beat the basics! Why can’t everyone be this attentive *sigh*

How can you not give this place 5 stars when they say«My pleasure» at least 5 times during your visit there. This was my first time at this location with a rather large party(mostly children under 5) The staff was of course super nice and kept checking in to see if we needed anything I ordered the Asian Salad which is my favorite thing here, and they politely let me order it even though it has been discontinued.(Say what???) They were out of wontons which I really look forward to, but can’t be mad since I still got the meal I wanted. I have to come back before they can’t make it again!

I definitely enjoy Chick Fil A sandwiches, waffle fries, and most of all, soft serve ice cream. Not only do they serve delicious food, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and eerily mirrors Disneyland. Everyone I’ve encountered is super clean cut and courteous. It’s not a bad thing but it’s something I’ve noticed at most Chick Fil A’s. This restaurant is immaculately clean. There is always an employee cleaning the tables or the common areas. A dirty table never stays dirty for more than a few minutes. It has become a favorite stop over for lunch! The only minor gripe(and praise) is that they are closed Sunday. Not convenient for me but I respect their observation of Sunday as a day of rest.

My mom and I went to this Pasadena Chick-Fil-A for breakfast one morning, and this location seemed pretty new. It was relatively uncrowded, so my mom and I were able to enjoy a delicious breakfast in peace. The customer service here was great and the girls working were helpful. They didn’t forget to give me the cup of water that I asked for, and they were quick to take our trash when we were done eating. I like this location because it looks modern, it’s clean and it’s brightly lit. It’s nice to know that there’s a Chick-Fil-A in the Pasadena area. Plus, parking’s available and it’s not hard to find. Here’s what we got: «Chick-n-Minis»: I opted for these minis for breakfast, since they were light and they reminded me of sliders. They feature bite-sized Chick-fil-A nuggets nestled in warm, mini yeast rolls that are lightly coated with honey butter. I could definitely see the honey glaze atop the rolls. I chose the three-piece minis, and I asked for that addictive Chick-Fil-A sauce for dipping. I enjoyed the bite-sized pieces, and they were gone rather quickly because they are tiny. But, this is a great breakfast option if you don’t feel like eating a whole sandwich but still want to enjoy the deliciousness of the chicken. «Multigrain Oatmeal»: My mom really enjoys the multigrain oatmeal from Chick-Fil-A, and she always gets it if we stop by for breakfast. This features steel-cut oatmeal that’s slow cooked and contains flax, whole wheat and buckwheat. It’s then topped with cinnamon brown sugar, roasted mixed nuts and a dried fruit blend. My mom likes this oatmeal because it isn’t bland, and she enjoys the assortment of toppings(especially the brown sugar). This is definitely a step up from the oatmeal packets she usually uses; plus, with all the toppings, it’s aesthetically pleasing. «Hash Browns»: A breakfast stop at Chick-Fil-A wouldn’t be complete without these golden-brown beauties. They feature delicious and crispy potato medallions that are cooked in canola oil. My mom got one small order of these for us to share. I like these hash browns because of their bite-sized shape, and they’re positively addicting. You can easily finish one package yourself … so I try to share whenever I do order them. «Cinnamon Cluster»: If I wanted something sweet for breakfast, this is what I would get. This mouth-watering cinnamon pastry is made into easy-to-eat clusters, which are served warm and topped with vanilla icing. Since Cinnabons are my guilty pleasure, I’m sure I would like this decadent treat. Definitely a sweet way to start off the day. «Bacon, Egg & Cheese Biscuit»: If I get a breakfast sandwich from Chick-Fil-A, it’s usually this one … unless I’m indeed craving chicken. This meal features delicious strips of applewood smoked bacon, along with a folded egg and cheese served on a freshly baked buttermilk biscuit. I really like the biscuits from Chick-Fil-A, and their breakfast biscuit sandwiches are the best! I like the combo of the melted cheese, the crispy bacon and the fluffy egg. This is best when you eat it hot because everything is fresh(and the cheese is still oozing).

If you’re going to do fast food, this is your best option. Chicken done right(for fast food of course). Nascar of drive-thrus with 2 lanes and fast workers. I always get the number 2 with no cheese, waffle fries and chick-fil-a dipping sauce. Yum. You’ll feel better about eating fast food, even though the waffle fries are still high in calories. It’s the better choice compared to every other fast food chain in the area. Careful when pulling out. Blind spots with high pedestrian traffic.

Since I got to Pasadena an hour earlier than planned, I stopped into this Chick Fil A to have lunch. The customer service was on point, which is my usual experience at all Chick Fil A’s in Los Angeles. I ordered an egg, cheese, an chicken bagel along with a large original iced coffee. They were quick to process my order, and the food tasted great as always. I liked the décor in this place, and they had flowers at each table that used Coca Cola bottles as vases. There is a play place for kids, and restrooms are clean. The place was not too packed, although this was 9:30am on a weekday.

So glad there is finally a Chick-Fil-A in the SGV! It’s about damn time. I use to have to go into Orange County whenever I was craving it! Food: Spicy chicken sandwich — breaded spicy chicken served with a mildly sweet bun and lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Waffle fries — tends to be made very well, rarely soggy or over cooked. Drinks: Strongly recommend the fresh lemonade! One of the best I have. Great balance of sweet and tart! Cost: I got the sandwich, fries, and a medium drink for $ 7.29! Not bad of a deal considering it tastes better than other fast casual places! Before I forget… Try the Polynesian sauce if you like sweet and sour! They’ve got other sauces too, don’t be afraid to ask!
