Long John Slivers

We entered the establishment, waited almost 10 minutes to be waited on. The lady who was supposed to be helping us was the only one working the counter and the drive thru. Only two people in the back cooking. We stayed was because my lunch partner insisted they wanted to eat here.
The floors were dirty. We were watching as an employee walked into the dining area several times and walking over a napkin on the floor. Didn’t bother to pick it up. I decided to pick it up and throw it away on our way out. That could have easily been a lawsuit if an elderly person would have slipped on it.
When she FINALLY took our order, it still took another 20 – 25 minutes to get our order.
The food was normal for what Long John’s sells, but the hush puppies could have been a little more baked.
I’ve had issues with this place in the past as far as over charging and the cleanliness issues. After this last visit, I won’t be coming back. They only have one stat because I can’t rate no star.

The food is ok but the service and the condition of the restaurant is the worst I have ever been in.

The prices are just not worth the food and it’s portions. Many times they are short handed because the manage wants to save labor and it hurts service. This is recurring, not just a one time thing I saw. Clean place, but if people do not want to go, I an see why.

OMG! I had to wait 20 mins in the drive thru for my order. I don’t know why I went there because I think they are getting worse and worse. The lady which I think she is the manger, owner, or something forgot what we ordered and even gave us the people behind us order. I am wondering if I make a company thru the website will things change.

Will not order from here again. We used to frequent buying grilled dinners but recently the food has not been cooked thoroughly and was greasy and bland. No thanks. Will do Baytown Seafood.
