Went on a Friday @ 4:30 pm. The restaurant was not crowded at all but we were given a beeper to wait for a table when there were plenty of empty tables. Very poor.

Torrie was our waitress. She was the best! Her skills are professional, she is very attentive. Her attitude is the best. NEVER had a waitress nice and sweet as her! And the manager very nice and attentive. Was very pleased with our visit at the location. If you guys go ask for Torrie to be your waitress she is the type of person that you know deserves your tip. I rarely leave tips for waiter/waitress that aren’t nothing like her. But she made our day she is the best person. Thanks TORRIE for this wonderful experience and to believe that there is nice people out there :) God Bless You

Haven’t been here since the early 2000s. Quite impressive for pasadena. The service was outstanding. The crab and lobster definitely tasted fresh. The Surfside cocktail inspired me for a shock top beer tail at my restaurant-creative and well balanced. The sangria tasted fresh and not 100% bottled(even if it was only due to real fruit being added). I went on an off day. I think it was a Tuesday lunch, and this place was packed. I’ll definitely be back.

Came here for my dad’s birthday dinner last night. Aside from when I was about five years old, I haven’t been here to eat any other time. I came a bit wary since I’m not into seafood that much. However, it was a great experience. My mom ordered the Parmesan tilapia(which arrived on a huge plate — compensating for the lack of portion size), my dad a lobster, salmon and shrimp plate(that was reaaaally small on portions, but they used a smaller plate to give it a «fuller» feel to it, what do you expect), my sister a kids’ meal and me, the Parmesan crusted chicken broccoli Alfredo. The adult meals came with salads, which were just okay … The Caesar dressing tasted like under seasoned mayo, and I don’t like that they dump dressing all over it before bringing it to you. It causes the lettuce to wilt into a soggy heap. The cheddar bay biscuits made up for the lack of flavor the salads had though. They were perfect. Cheesy, buttery, hot, albeit salty. My dish was also the same description, to a tee. We didn’t order a dessert because we had a cake at home waiting for us, but they sure made their cookie-lava-something enticing. It was on the drink coasters and on a dessert/drink book the waitress brought us. When the waitress brought some to go boxes for us she gave me a bag for any extra bread we might have — and cued a glance to our empty bread basket. She didn’t offer any more, so I got up to look for her after she left our table but I was greeted by a manager instead who asked me if I needed anything and I asked him if we could have more bread. He went and got a bagful of them for us, which was really nice considering we had already finished our meal and all. Overall, the staff was great, the food was fulfilling, and the place was pretty busy at a seven-o’-clock on a Sunday. I don’t know if they switched management recently or whatever since previous reviews were pretty negative… But we had a great time!

I ordered some shrimp and I got lobster. I ended up paying for it even tho it wasn’t what I ordered. I dont like the seating there. It seems empty and the employees are friendly but they seem lay and gossip a lot. I have been here a few times. Some of the girls there need to do more work and less talk. I don’t want to hear about boyfriends or girlfriends and where you are going later on.

Our waitress was Candy tonight and her service and the food was great! Awesome bloody Mary and margarita and the crab legs and oysters were extremely good. We are never let down by this last minute decision for dinner and call ahead seating is my best friend :-)

Went with a large group of 10 people. Service was horrible as was the food. Broccoli tasted just pulled out of fridge and uncooked. Waitress had to be reminded to take the dishes so that the new ones would have room. When asked about a free appetizer coupon she had to get the manager. Did not offer to bring extra bread to the table… clearly 4 pieces not enough for 10 people. Did not pick up the menus… ate appetizers and got food before menus were picked up. Had to wait until 70% of group arrived to be seated. Once seated we were ignored. Manager was running around and had no time for us. Honestly, for a chain restaurant this one failed! Spend your precious time, money and family time elsewhere!

Came here during late dinner for my moms birthday, party of 8. Took a while to sit but it was pretty busy. Got a super large booth that for everyone, so that was awesome. I think the reason we got such good service was because my little sister was friends with the host. The manager came by and asked how we were doing, server was really good. I think we had 3 people waiting on us, total. Food was good, the kalimari appetizer was awesome. The manager brought a live lobster to the table and did all these tricks for my mom, made it do a hand stand, and all these tricks. People came out and sang a birthday song. We had a good experience. Would definitely come back.

Worst red lobster ever been to. Roaches and manager didn’t even care about it. Very rude manager. Our waitress was very helpful and nice. Unlike the manager.

Now I know why other reviews said that service was not good. We went for lunch on a Sunday and while waiting, I heard a customer complaining and left. It took a long time for our waitress to take our drink order, there was no light house menu the other red lobsters have, drinks took forever once the waitress took our drink order, once our salads came, we didn’t have silverware. We waited 10 minutes then swiped some from another table. Food took a long time but tasted pretty good. Another restaurant that I will not return to though

We got the bottomless shrimp and had two orders because it takes them FOREVER… And they are tiny shrimp so trust me you don’t even begin to taste them. Unless u get the scampi which fills you up. Won’t be going back just because of this experience.

We’ve always been pleased with this Red Lobster. It might not be the fanciest. Might not be the fastest. But, we’ve never had a bad experience here. Clean eating area. Well maintained bathrooms. Friendly and attentive staff. Delicious food. We continue to return.

Not bad seafood. Fair value for the price in a chain store. I like the fish and chips Haddock is hard to come by here in Texas

Nice lighting and friendly service. Skimpy menu and sub par seafood. Oversized rice and pasta portions. Won’t be coming back.

I really love seafood! My all time favorite biscuits are at Red Lobster. It does not help that each biscuit is probably 500 calories! I recently went to this Red Lobster to try their $ 6.99 lunch specials. The menu probably has 3 or 4 dishes at that price and then others that reach about $ 9.99, which is still not bad for a Red Lobster lunch. Be advised that this location is pretty small… it looks bigger than what it is from the outside.

As far as chain seafood places go… Red Lobster ranks pretty high up there in my book. The salad is ALWAYS fresh… and I love their Thousand Island dressing. I don’t know what it is… but it tastes much better than anyone else’s. As far as their seafood is concerned… it is pretty good for frozen seafood. By that I mean… if you want a great seafood experience Red Lobster is not the place to go, but if you want a quick ok seafood fix… it is sure to satisfy. But I can not complete this review with out mentioning the cheddar biscuits. OMG!!! They are soooooo good. Just as the name implies… they are biscuits… Not rolls… that have cheddar cheese baked in them. They also finish them off with something that tastes like butter with a hint of salt and garlic in it. I could make a meal on just the salad and biscuits, but I am always tempted to order some seafood while there. When I go there… I know what to expect, so I don’t leave disappointed. Oh yeah… and as a side note… they have a pretty good bar, and a really good selection of specialty drinks. And their Bloody Marys are pretty damn good.
