The place looks clean and the staff is friendly. I went in for a change of color on my nails. I asked for shellac and the lady who was helping was in a rush. She did file my nails down, but they were uneven. The shellac polish was on my skin and I showed her. She tried to correct the problem, but I could tell she was getting frustrated. I was not happy with her work. I don’t understand why she was in such a rush? It was just me and one other person. I will not be returning.

I’ve been going to Opal Nails since 2006. Everyone that does Pedicures are great, but the owner, Tom is awesome when it comes to the solar nails & refills! If I’ve ever had a nail break, Tom repairs for free. The place is very clean & all instruments are autoclaved for sterility. I’ve tried other nail places throughout the years, but none compare to Opal Nails!
