Good food but lord I would have to agree with the customer service… seems like a bunch of young kids working here with no supervision and stay away from the drive thru whatever you do unless you have a good 45 min to wait!!! This place is in need of some new management or some more supervision even if the manager who maybe running this place so sad to see such a good food chain have such shitty service

Let me start with, I love Panda Express. So today, 2÷20÷16, I decided I wanted it. I saw that they opened at 10:30am, and it was just that time. I pull up to the drive thru, no one answers… Drive up to the window… I see an employee walk by so I sit for a few minutes thinking they will see me… Nothing. I decide to drive around again to the drive thru menu. Still nothing, so I drive back up to the window. It’s now 10:40am. A female employee finally sees me and literally opens the window and just looks at me. I ask if they are open, she says yes. I tell her, I’d been at the drive thru speaker and no one answered. She just shrugs. She did take my order and I got my food, but this location did not impress me with customer service today. I’ll be back, but purely for the food, definitely not the shitty attitude I got.

I have never been a to Panda Express until just a few weeks ago, and I am now pretty much addicted. My husband and I have been about 10 times in the last 4 weeks and I look forward to our next visit. We’ve never eaten inside, instead we opt for the drive thru. The food is delicious. They have probably about 10 – 15 entrée options in the drive thru and I’ve had 4 or 5 of them. The grilled teriyaki chicken is my favorite followed by the honey walnut shrimp. I usually get fried rice as my side dish because the one time I got the vegetables, they were not my favorite. I like vegetables, but they have to be steamed until soft. These were still raw enough to have some crunch, so I’ll stick with the fried rice or just do a la carte entrées. All in all, I’d recommend to anyone and I’m so glad my husband likes it because I like to go there! :-)

I ordered a bowl of chow mein with orange chicken. About 10 seconds after I picked orange chicken, they put out a fresh pot of the orange chicken. I asked for the fresh chicken and I was denied because they said they couldn’t put back the old chicken. I then tried to return it all together and was denied. The manager Daniel wouldn’t even speak to me when I asked for a manager. Instead, he talked to the employee who was one foot away from me and told her no… Bad management. Bad food. Bad everything.

I love Panda Express. Everyone knows they run out of food all the time and they are pretty good about getting mare ready… BUT when you wait while everyone behind you in line that has not paid yet gets the food your waiting on first before you. I think this is not right. Also the serving area was being dripped on from a BADAC leak there were buckets everywhere. When I confronted the cashier about my food she didn’t say anything. Not even sorry or thank you for being patient. I wanted for 15 minuets for my food.

This building stands out from the other architecture in the area, that’s for sure. The food quality is what you would expect from the chain, although there are days when things are spicier than the day before. I have never gotten bad service here. The employees are polite and understanding.

Out of all the Asian food… this place doesn’t make me sick. Great food. Better quality.

Nice location as it looks pretty new. The orange and firecracker chicken are pretty good. The mixed vegetables had some type of gel on it, but the manager apologized and told me that the sauce did not cook long enough. He offered to give me something else while they correct the problem, but I let it go as I was in a bit of a rush to leave. I also like the diet peach green tea… yummy!

Fast food Chinese that is consistent at all other Pandas I have been too. Only wish this location would either turn the music down, or have the staff behind the counter helping you out speak louder.

My boyfriend and I just had the most pleasant lunch dining experience. We were promptly greeted my who I assume was the manager. He was polite and offered to give us samples of any item. The food looked very fresh and appetizing, which is was! After we were finished eating we were asked by an associate who was taking out the trash if there was anything she could do for us, we politely declined and she told us to have a good day and come back soon. This was a pleasant surprise of excellent customer service. I grew up in Pasadena and now live in Austin. Very rarely do I encounter this type of service while in town. It is clear that since the past reviews four months ago they have made some changes.

This place suuuuuucks, just waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, so much for fast food, and to top it off when I got home my egg rolls were missing, too bad I live on the other side of town, cuz I would of gone back and gave them a piece of my mind

My family & I had dinner here on Sunday Dec 21st, we each had an egg roll, the rice, the cooked vegetables & the beef with broccoli. That evening me & my family all got sick with vomiting & diarrhea. My wife who’s 6 months pregnant got scared about having food poisioning and what affect it would have on the baby. After having eaten there and all of us getting sick, this will be my family & I’s last visit to this restaurant.
