Ate here for the first time on the Saturday before Mother’s day. The food was very good. It was hot and fresh. However, there wasn’t a table there that wasn’t dirty — we actually had to bus our own table to have a place to sit. Even then the table and floor were horribly sticky. While I was impressed with the food, I’ll have to think twice before I go back just because of the cleanliness factor — and if I do, it will probably be for takeout only.

This place is disgustingly dirty. SUPERSTICKYFLOORS, TABLESANDCHAIRS. It smells. I ordered the Beef pad Thai with steamed rice. It wasn’t good it was way too sour. An the beef was fried. Hubby had caramel beef he said it was just«OK» lacked flavor. We tried the Mango sushi that was good my hubby really liked it. The only thing I enjoyed was my egg roll. Other then that I will not be returning here. For the $ 30 we paid. The food was nasty. The seating/dining area was just plain dirty. DEEPCLEANYOURRESTAURANT.

Literally saved my life while I was attending San Jacinto college. The days I had to immediately leave after we were dismissed from class and head to work, and the days I had to stay in a freezing cold conference room to make up hours. Online ordering was so easy and fast. Ordering to-go was prompt and efficient.

The food is good but this restaurant is filthy and making us return less and less! The floor is so sticky and dirty, the tables are sticky, the doors and windows are so nasty and the soda machines look like they have NEVER been wiped down. Come on PeiWei you used to be top notch.

Standard Pei Wei, the service was on par, but nothing really stood out. I wish the spicy dishes were actually spicy.

Loosing it’s touch. Was excited by sushi being added but it’s not very good. They need to stick what they do best. The dining room was not very clean. The floors were more sticky then a movie theater. The tables were sticky too. This place could use a good cleaning. Not excited about coming back.

Food quality is okay for PeiWei, but below standard customer service. Save your money if you want a dine-in experience.

Big Pei Wei food fan… Not at all of the customer service at this location. I understand it’s a «fast food» type of setting, still no reason for the guy who is taking your order to roll his eyes, sigh when you ask questions, and give you the«I’m so done with you and your order look.» If you are truly that unhappy, ok we all have bad days but come on just take my order. Not asking for chick fil a great customer sauce, just don’t be plain rude.

First time ever dining at a pei wei, and it was good. I ordered the caramel flavored chicken dish, and asked for no spice… it came out perfect. The concept is similar to Chipotle… you pick a size of dish, meat, rice, flavor, etc. Fairly priced too. The food came out fast, it was pretty neat and clean as well. If there was one in my area, i’d dine again.

Dined in with my wife at this location. She had the fried rice and I had the orange chicken. Both were tasty, the best thing about the meal was the Chai Vanilla Tea! It’s the best thing on the menu!

Overall good food but a bit pricey. Service has gotten bad and they seem to have redecorated and no longer have the same atmosphere. Employees seem to be in a hurry and not as nice as they once were.

I know this particular Pei-Wei is super busy during lunch time, so I ordered on-line to pick up. Received my confirmation email and when I showed up to pick it up they told me they never received the order. You can only imagine how pissed off I was! I get very limited time to eat at work and wasting 20 minutes on this was ridiculous. The manager pretty much apologized and wanted me to wait another 10 minutes for my food to be prepared. I almost told him to go to hell. I ended up not having time to eat and just went back to work. I wrote an email to their headquarters and got a reply back, stating they would send me a «dine on us» coupon. I have to say that if I get it, I will not be eating at this particular one. I did not like the way the manager handled the situation, sometimes an apology is not enough. I like Pei Wei’s food, but the service I received here was unacceptable. I am not sure I would order on-line again either, I would definitely call first… to make sure they received my order.

Thai lime chicken was yummy. And don’t let the chili sauce scare you. It is not spicy and it’s delish if u like lime. Give it a try. The Asian chicken salad disappointed me. It was not like in the picture and some of the lettuce in the salad was wilted. I always get the crab rangoons when I come here. The edamame with sea salt is also something to try if you come here.

My daughter decided to take mom out tonight, and we wanted something different. We have been wanting to try Pei Wei and it was just OK. Floors and tables were untidy. For the amount of money you paid, it wasn’t worth the amount of food you received. I had one of the signature dinners: Caramel. Though there wasn’t a lot of food on the plate, I couldn’t finish the meal. It was very spicy(yes, it cleared up my sinus issues for the evening) but not so spicy/hot to be intolerable. The flavors were good. I had brown rice with mine and it was a little on the sticky side, but still was good. My daughter had the Korean Steak Wrap. She said it was made to perfection and was very good. She had no complaints. We had pork egg rolls that I just really didn’t like. Not like a traditional egg roll with vegetables. seemed to have more of a meaty taste that didn’t taste like pork. Possibly some kind of beef with flavoring taste. I would order the Caramel signature dinner again, but I will not get their pork egg roll. Biggest complaint that I have is that they didn’t have any regular unsweet tea. they only had Chai tea and green tea, neither of which I like, so Coke Zero was my only option for sugar free drinks. Wait staff weren’t pleasant. Try getting a to go box and you are only one of 5 people in there, you would think it would happen fairly quickly… Nope… I would go here again, but if I do and I see the same results, they will go to a «never again» rating.

this location has terrible service. The food is overpriced compared to other places nearby with better service. I will not be going to this location. They are WAY understaffed too.

Typically, I am a Pei Wei fan. Good food at reasonable prices. Not tonight. I waited 15 minutes for my to go order. It appeared to me the staff member gave me a bag that had been sitting on the counter since I arrived. I called the employee out on this, but she assured me the food just came out. When I got home the food was ice cold. She obviously lied to me. Oh, and don’t order extra vegetables on your meal. I am not sure if they were added. If they were, it was at the expense of the chicken. This is not the first time I have had issues at this restaurant.

We are boycotting this place. It’s too expensive for the small amount of food you receive. We spend $ 40 for lunch and left hungry.

Wow. A $ 10 meal that usually costs $ 5 at a real Chinese restaurant? Really Pei Wei? I ordered the Pei Wei Spicy chicken, extra spicy and it wasn’t. It had plenty of chicken and tons of a sickly sweet sauce than I had to scrape off to the side of the dish. I think the chef read the ticket as extra sugar. It was the sweetest, nastiest sauce ever! My friend had the Orange Peel chicken and it was better than Panda. What can I say, Pei Wei is better than Subway or Chili’s which isn’t saying much.

I would not go back to this particular location. The service was very slow, but they were nice enough, so that kind of makes up for it. i went with two of my friends(all of us being vegetarian) and after waiting for thirty minutes for our food they brought us chicken fried rice when we had asked for tofu fried rice and teriyaki tofu. the tofu is always good at pei wei, but having to wait thirty minutes for your food, and then being brought the wrong thing, kind of sucks. the bathrooms are very clean and they have the fancy soda machines with almost every soda and flavor variant. i’m sure most people don’t have to wait so long, we probably just went in too late(7:30pm). the food is average, the prices are a bit above average for what you get(in my opinion), service was average. so 3 average stars.
