An amazing production in a tiny theater on Fair Oaks. Friends took me to see School for Wives at the Parson’s Nose Theater this past weekend. It was an adaptation of Moliere’s play, and was only an hour in length, oh but what an hour! Fast paced, very funny with excellent actors who would be familiar to many from their varied TV roles… but here they were, doing incredible work, in a tiny intimate space. Kudos to the company and Lance Davis, their founder and lead actor! Don’t miss it!

My wife and I along with our 15 year old daughter have been attending PNP events for 8 – 9 years. Whether a reading or full production, they are always well-done and entertaining. The acting is exceptional and the adaptions are great. They are one of the best entertainment values available. I love their ‘theater unplugged’ style. We will be there tonight for As You Like It!

This company is remarkable. They provide great, fast, fun entertainment for audiences of all ages. And Lance is a remarkable. He adapts all their works. From Moliere to Shakespeare. And, the best part, he makes it all accessible, understandable and relevant to today. Whether you’re a classical theater maven or just getting your feet wet. Another great thing about the company is mobility. In the true fashion of a traveling theater troupe, they go everywhere. From proper theaters to tents. And each time the quality s top drawer. The company also offers some particularly stellar talent that is remarkable in their grasp of this material, deftness in conveying it and versatility in performing it. Needless to say, they will not disappoint. Bring the kids, the grand folk, even the great grand folk. They’ll love it. Thank you, Parson’s Nose!
