The guy that works here is supposed to come back after his lunch at 1:30. Now is 1:40 he is seat on the side walk looking to everyone in line under the sun doing nothing. If at least the machines work… They have two and either one is working… No respect at all

Close to home and allows me to get paid to get rid of all the empty bottles at home. Nothing special about it. Parking is easy because it’s at the market shopping center. The staff is not great but not bad. Not very personable, sometimes working slow. I’ll be back, but just because it’s close to home.

Person working was nice and weighed my bottles quickly. Minus one star because he forgot to include my over 24oz bottles in my ticket but I was too shy to say anything and it was only 8 bottles maybe, so it would only be worth 80c.

Sure, there is a wait time but I’m satisfied with the service. I’ve been going to this location for over three years and have never experienced any sort of rude behavior. I do not use the automated bottle/can receptacles and use the large blue buckets. It takes a couple of minutes to sort out the plastics, cans and glass. It takes another two to three minutes to weigh the recyclables and get my cash voucher.

My wife and I had a bad time there, it seemed like the person there was more interested in not doing some work and talking to a male customer than weight some bottles and cans. To top it off, there was three to four minutes left before she were to go to lunch and she didn’t accept the recycling goods but continued talking to the man there for ten minute later. That’s great public relations for the company.

Well, this place is convenient in that it is behind the Ralph’s on the north side. There is plenty of parking and is easy enough to spot. That’s the only positive. I made the mistake of going at 11 ish, when the sun is starting to get brutal. There’s no covering, so the best you can hope for is to not be in line long. Boy was I mistaken! There was a sign that VERY clearly says«no shopping carts», and yet 3 people ahead of me had multiple shopping carts overflowing. That is straight out rude and disrespectful to the couple of other people, who, like me, had one small bag of recycles. This is not an industrial recycling center, where these people should have gone, as it is clearly a small booth. Do you think the one employee working there said anything? They sure are hell didn’t! I left after waiting 15 minutes because really, the line didn’t move, the stupid employee did nothing about the people with their shopping carts, and it was getting too hot. I will never come here again. Replanet, hire people with half a brain to tell people not to bring shopping carts. Spanish speakers, since the sign in English were not understood and /or flat out ignored.
