When visiting any Starbucks be it in San Juan, NYC, Shanghai, Saigon, Greenwich etc I like to be in and out. A trip to Starbucks should be like a quickie, stick it in… get what you need and get out. Craving and satisfaction complete!
Unfortunately, this particular Starbucks is more like a bad night where you ride with friends and they just refuse to go home! Service is extremely slow and staff usually are on their phones rather than catering to your caffeine addictions. Had it just been one shift with a crappy crew… no big deal but it happens time and time again.
All I ever order is a black iced coffee. That should be faster than someone going at it for the very first time. Oh well, I guess it is better than no coffee as Starbucks is the only place that brews coffee as dark as I like.

I love this Starbucks location. The atmosphere is great and their drinks are awesome. Service should improve since these young barista are not as friendly w customers. As long the coffee is great i will keep going. I hope service improves.

I told the worker in the drive thru today (around 4:10) to tell the manager they have lost my business!!! Some of the rudest employees work here!!! If I’m going to spend $ 4 to $ 5 on one item it should be served with kindness and a smile. The lines are always long and they are extremely slow. Of course, when you get to the window the employees are all joking around with each other which is probably why they are so slow. I’m all about have an enjoyable work environment but never at the expense of the people who are paying your wages!!! There are other places that Want my business! SO DISAPPOINTING!!!

This locacion has the WORST SERVICES, especialy the white guy and the manager the guy was SUPER RUDE, because i didn’t accept the mistaken drink he made, and he charge me more, he didn’t want to make the right drink i order on the drive thru, then he said he cannot do anything about you change. I won’t come back ever to this location.

I went to my gf’s family for Christmas day lunch. They did a small gift exchange and we ended up with a bunch of starbuck’s gift cards. A lot of the kids had never been to starbucks before, so we ended up looking up locations that might actually be open. We were pretty certain nothing would be open, but this particular starbucks had limited hours on Christmas day.
It’s a small location in a strip center, but does have a decent sized patio and space inside. They were prompt on the orders even though they had to work on Christmas day.

Terrible location. Rude staff!
I ordered 2 hot chocolates, and both were not made correctly. I couldn’t complain about it bc I ordered through the drive thru and noticed when I got home. So disappointing.
Bottom line: Don’t buy from here bc you’ll regret it

Visit this place quite often like to get the caramel frap or the cookie crumble only complaint is the long lines at time and the wait time always great quality!

The worst Starbucks. Went twice to order a tall iced coffee and BOTH times I waited 15minutes in the drive thru for them to get the order wrong!!!
