I don’t know why there are so many negative reviews here. I think they are fake reviews. I almost didn’t go to this location Starbucks because of the negative reviews. Sad. People shouldn’t post false reviews.
I had a good experience yesterday at this location of Starbucks. The service was fast and friendly. The cashier was fast and friendly. So was the other girl making the drinks.
I had a good experience at the whole Ralph’s yesterday, even while paying for groceries. Way better than the crap service at the local Vons.
I haven’t been to this ralphs in months and it’s better than it used to be.

The girl who took my order was probably the sweetest ever. Her name was tonia I believe. I think she was newer or mostly worked on the Ralph’s side. Her smile and kindness were contagious. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because whoever was (I’m assuming) the manager that was working had nothing but negative comments and was just had a terrible «training» ethic towards tonia. I felt bad the entire time I ordered/​waited for my drink. Maybe the manger should go through training on how to properly train others. Especially those as sweet as tonia.

Ok, this Starbucks is really not as bad as the other reviews are making it out to be. I come to this Starbucks often. Usually it’s awesome. No line, quick service, and I’m out.
There have been a few times though where the line is extremely long and the wait is ridiculous. The key to this Starbucks is going at the right time.
Service has been really nice and prompt – when there is no line.

I’ve been here couple times already and it there is one thing I’ve noticed. Everything here takes a long time. Not just the method of payment I described earlier but even making simple coffee. There’s one lady who knows what shes doing and its unfortunate that she doesn’t work everyday.

Literally, the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Staff doesn’t know what they’re doing. I gave them a pass on my first visit, but they only appeared to get worse. Do not come to this Starbucks.
