Went in today and was very disappointed with the service, attitude and quality of this place. I go to various subways all the time, but this particular location was the worst. The bread was stale, and the tomatoes were old and the bin was almost empty. When I asked the guy to get new tomatoes he said, «No we don’t have anymore!» Really??? Are you just lazy or do I need to add POOR MANAGEMENT and Inventory to my list? There are plenty of other Subways I can go to so I will not be coming back!

Did a quick stop into subway to pick up my cold cut trio sub. Never been to this location before but saw it on the way to the bank so figured I’d stop in to pick up lunch. Small location with two employees working. Service is pretty poor here. My sandwich looked like a mess and they didn’t put as much ingredients. Felt my sandwich was mostly bread! Least their white macadamia cookies did not disappoint. Will try the other location down the street next time.

Probably the best Subway in Pasadena! Yes, it is over crowded and a very long wait during lunch time but I don’t mind it at all since I work very near by.
Grant always makes my sandwiches just the way I like it and listens to what I actually ask for (unlike a few of the other employees) I never leave disappointed!

I go into subway for lunch twice a week cause I work couple stores down.
This honestly is my favorite location. The employees are very friendly and make my sandwich perfect!!!
This review is specifically for Grant. I’ve noticed that he’s a new employee but he never fails to greet me each time I walk in. It’s funny because he has my sandwich memorized at this point. He’s very quick and efficient. And always makes sure it’s exactly how I want it (I may get a bit picky sometimes… Sorry)
Even though the location is very busy during lunch hours on Friday and Saturday (which is when I go in), I always come out with a perfect sand which and soul just the way I like!
Thanks grant! And thank you to everyone else! The staff is great!

I work in the area and eat at Subways frequently. There are 2 other Subways that are closer to my workplace, however I do purposefully walk a further to this location.
The workers are very quick and efficient with helping people. Very generous with toppings, and will let me use more than 1 «free cookie» receipt [:
Suggest this location over the one on Fair Oaks/​California by the hospital… I do whatever I can to avoid that one.

This subway is just about the standard quality and standard of other Subway franchises. They have your variety of breads/​meats & veggies made to your liking.
Only thing about this one is I feel like some of them can be pretty stingy on some of the toppings. When I ask for olives, I mean at last a couple. TWO! Two? Are you serious? Then they give me evil eye when I ask for some more. –_​_​_​-​. Geez louisee. I just wanted more than 2 dang olive slicesss. =[ Can’t a girl just get some olives? =P
Overall: Yea I come back.

This place is pretty good. Subway is Subway so… there’s really not too much to say about it. It was clean. The employees look like they would rather be playing video games — you know, everything you would expect. Good food for on the fly!

$ 2 sandwiches! Their deal right now. for a 6 inch.
But honestly…
I don’t understand them. I had to ask several times if the meat was beef. One said yes, the other said no. So I didn’t take the risk and I decided… ok… No thank you… I’ll have the ham one.
The sandwiches were fine and you tend to point a lot to order your food… So that works.
